The décor on the patio was very appealing and the rooms were well decorated. The beds were very comfortable with good quality sheets and bedding. Temperature of the rooms were good and each room had their own small frig. Restaurant at the hotel made a wonderful breakfast and hot coffee. This was at least our third visit, and it's our first choice of places to stay in Monclova. It's easy to find, and very conveniently located right beside the main plaza. The beds are confortable, and wifi/internet is mostly good. There were 3-pin electrical outlets beside the beds - something you don't always find in Mexico. It's not the most modern of hotels, but it suits our style and budget.MalcolmCanada

The hotel was clean, the staff pleasant, parking was super secure, the king-size bed was very comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I've had at any any price level. Altogether a great stay and a wonderful value. We will definitely return on future trips!

The hotel upgraded my room for free, the property was quiet, there were proper protocols in place to handle Covid, and overall the property was exactly what I needed in order to conduct my business. The lady who checked us in was very accommodating - when we realized there was no secure lot to park the car (ours was fully loaded), she moved her car so ours could be easily seen from the front desk.
