Clean comfortable and with secure underground parking and a good choice of breakfast options. Really helpful receptionist who got us a restaurant booking in town for our evening meal. Easy 10 min walk to the town centre. This hotel was a good choice for a last stop returning to Rotterdam as it's not far from the motorway and only around 150 miles to the port.

It is impossible to sleep with the windows open because of the traffic noise. No air conditioning. Very old and sagging mattresses, you can feel the springs. Bathroom unfurnished and without shower hose. Only German is spoken at the reception. Overpriced.MichelFrance

Whoever is in charge of cleaning deserves a raise. Even the lids on the bins were sparkling. I’ve been in Hilton’s which were dirtier than this room. Also the rooms were nicely decorated and the furniture was in wonderful condition. We were very comfortable.

Mattress was a bit lumpy and the picture indicated a twin bed while there was a single in the room. Parking was not really clear where to park and where not to park. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.

A lot of free parking slots in the hotel's private area. For its price, it is much better than other hotels in the area around Aachen, Düren, and Jülich.
