The staff was very accommodating & cordial. The room was small, but clean & suited our needs nicely. There was plenty of hot water for showers. There is a bar adjacent to the property if you'd like a drink. Breakfast was plentiful & VERY good!!! A nice selection of meats, cheeses, breads, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, etc. Great coffee!

The Bitburger Brewery is the main attraction in Bitburg and it's a great tour. You need to tell them in advance if you want an English tour but if you know a bit of German then it's fine! You get some drinks vouchers for the bar at the end and also to use in local pubs - just tell them that's what you plan to do when you arrive. After the tour we had some Birburgers in the Bitburger Bierhaus and also some food - nothing gourmet but definitely enough to fill you up! We also played golf at Bitburger Land Golf Course - nice clubhouse although the course was a bit wet in April - in a few weeks it should be great, just very hilly!

Bitburg is a very walkable town, lots of coffee shops and restaurants, interesting history. It was also easy to get to the other places we had planned to go such as Spandahlem and Bastogne, Belgium. It's also close to Reisling wine country and that was an unexpected bonus!

Did not see much of the town, only there for one night, but driving in to the hotel we could see why people stay longer. A pretty, clean and altogether attractive place, surrounded by lovely countryside for walking, cycling or motoring.
Free parking, a short distance away, but a bonus for a hotel in the centre of the old town. Friendly and hard-working staff. A pleasant area by the front entrance for a drink, and later a meal, with glass walls at each end to keep out what might have been an annoying wind. Evening meal and breakfast good value. A satisfactory, inexpensive overnight pad.
Although the rooms were outdated, it was quite clean & the beds were very comfy. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the town, walk distance to the shopping area and most restaurants. The hotel is located in a different building than the restaurant itself and you have to walk to the other building for breakfast.
Great staff....
Jan was excellent making sure all was good. The food was plentiful and good value. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The bar served Bitburger which is good as the brewery is just down the road!!
All in all I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel as well as my 10 travelling companions.
They still employ real people- unlike many hotels nowadays who practice self check in etc. I had a problem with late arrival and someone answered my phone call. This old fashion face-to-face communication is invaluable nowadays. it has become a luxury. Louis Müller still offers it. Great!
The hotel was the perfect for your stay. The welcome staff was super friendly and very helpful. The hospitality was super. The hotel room had ample space and clean. In the morning the breakfast was great start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel is you are in the area.
The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy. It was really easy to get the key when we arrived. Our two dogs settled in very quickly. Lots of walking routes can be started from this location and it's really easy to walk to Bitburg city.
Great staff, but the Hotel itself is a run down pilots hotel and the owners are not going to invest 1 cent to make it better. The bathroom was literally falling and rotting apart. Food was the worst kind of factory buffet. Someone is making a lot of money.
Walkable to the shops and restaurants. The hotel had a wonderful breakfast. Nice Biergarten in the back. Room was clean and comfortable with nice bedding. Great restaurant on the ground floor and friendly helpful staff.
The breakfast was realy good, the staff was friendly and the rooms clean. The hotel is located very close to the main street where a lot of restaurants are situated.
Lovely hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. Very helpful throughout stay Location really good for getting out and about in town which proved very interesting
