5 star hotel! Exceeded all expectations. Entry was clean, pleasantly decorated, and easy check in procedures. Staff emailed and responded quickly. Language wasn't a barrier. Rooms were large, clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, plenty of pillows, and even a candle. The included breakfast was superb and the restaurant connected to the hotel was excellent with fantastic customer service. We were there for a pickleball tournament and wouldn't love to return. I wish they had this hotel in every city!

We traveled with small kids and this place was a perfect stop on the way. Great location by the highway. Friendly staff, they added a charm to the place which we really did not expect as the location is not very charming and they were very patient with our kids. We loved the breakfast! We booked a large family room (for two adults and a 3 and 4 yo), and they gave us two regular rooms but with a door in between. This solution turned out great as we, the adults, could hang out once the kids were asleep. No restaurant at the hotel, but a Burger King a five minute walk away that had both an outdoor slide and an indoor kids corner (mainly drawing and basic games on screens, not a playground).
