This hotel is close to the airport, and it's exactly what you expect of these types of hotels.
Limited bar and limited food (when we arrived we could only order online deliveries to the hotel) and bar was closing 11pm.
Shower and beds were spacious, clean and comfy which is what you need for one night sleep before continuing your journey.

The staff was very helpful, nice, super friendly and always approachable.
We arrived a bit early and went for a walk, when we returned they already put our luggage in the room.
They provided us breakfast at 3am (early flight) and shuttle to the airport at 4am.
It's a shame we only had one short night there as we loved it.
Thanks for this perfect stay!

Sadly, this was my second stay at this hotel and it was not nearly as good as the first time I was disappointed that there was no soap by the sink in the bathroom nor did the soap dispenser work that was in the shower. My friend stayed in a separate room and had no hot water. When I called the front desk, they did bring me two small bottles of liquid shower gel. Also, the phone by the bed had a flashing red light throughout the entire stay. We called about it, they told us "how to fix it," but it didn't work. When we checked in, I felt that they made us wait far longer than necessary for a room to be available.
On the good side, the pizza in the bar was good and they have a great breakfast for 10 euros. Also, the airpost shuttle was good.
I'd like to stay here again, but I will be checking out other nearby hotels. Also, we paid for two nights, but left at 5:30pm on the second night and they should have treated us better.

We liked the openness of the hotel and its grounds.
We liked the openness of the hotel and its grounds. It is intended for passengers arriving or departing from Porto Airport, which is why we stayed there, and it is walking distance from the airport (100 metres). It is clean and comfortable and the staff were fun and helpful. The room was comfortable and airy, with big window opening onto the open area at rear of hotel. Adjacent car parking available. Continental breakfast was excellent.

Value for money was poor.
Value for money was poor.
Room had no chair but a wooden bench- not good for my back.
Poor lighting- couldn’t read in it
No instructions to work the heating etc
Rationing of heating by reception
No one answers phone when you require room service
Staff rude when dealing with customers
Training staff without asking for customer permission so lost the 15mins free drop off as family couldn’t help me upstairs with luggage!
I found this hotel to be exceptionally good value at €32 for a Saturday night stay. I needed to use the bus to return to the Camino in Maia early on Sunday morning but found it very difficult to decipher the Portuguese web information. Two of the desk staff came to my rescue and retrieved exact timetable information for me and were able to give me precise directions in fluent Englisn. Very impressive. The room was very well appointed and most importantly I slept well. I recommend Casa Teresa to all.
It's the 3rd time I've stayed at the Park Hotel. I just love it, especially when I have an early flight. It is close to the airport. Walking distance. They also have an airport transfer with a cost of 2€. They are very helpful. Breakfast is very good, with variety, extra cost. You can also have lunch or dinner at the hotel for an extra cost, a self-service buffet. They also have machines in the hotel with soft drinks, water, chocolates, and even some toiletries.
The hotel is new and rooms are a good size. Bed was comfortable. Staff was hospitable. Without heavy luggage, easy peasy walk to Porto airport. Water pressure in shower was good. However...the shower and toilet are in glass. There is no privacy whatsoever. You can see and hear everything. Even from the bed. If that's not an issue for you, great. But God forbid you're w an acquaintance or associate and decide to share a room. Don't.
Very easy to reach from the airport. The hotel itself is clean and neat. The room is somewhat bland but okay for an overnight stay. The view from the window was rather calming and the TV screen was wide enough for the room. The breakfast was really nice for us who value big portions in the morning. Enough different bagels, natural orange juice, local salchichon, a good selection of different seeds and flakes for yoghurt...
The hotel is located just 10 min away from Botica metro stop and 5 min away from the airport. The rooms are very big and they even have a garden if you wish to go for a smoke or something. They can also give you plates and cutlery in case you want to order food by your own. At the chck-out, at 04:00, they even gave me a pastry to take away, as I could not have breakfast at that time
In my case the location was very good, and for eating it is 5min walk from main square in Maia with restaurants. Very conveniente is the parking lot outside. You can see it was a high quality hotel some years ago, and needs some upgrading, but for a 4 star hotel the price was very honest and great value.
Everything you need from an airport hotel for one night: It’s within walking distance to the terminal, has comfy small rooms, 24 h reception, and good breakfast in a relaxing and very beautiful room and courtyard.
Fantastic airport hotel for my first night before catching metro into Porto for onward train. Staff excellent and helpful. Very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend. Metro station is across the road.
A small hotel close to the airport and botica metro station. Only limited number of rooms. No facilities at all. But the hotel try to compensate by sending a goood breakfast to our room at the time we want
Really close to the airport, although they could put a map on the website to make it clearer how to walk to the hotel (only 5 mins).
Big spacious rooms and very peaceful. Very good value.
well managed and easy to reach from the airport. Not too much noise despite its proximity to the airport (20 minute local bus ride with a stop directly in front of the hotel)
The location is very good, next to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The 24 hours check in is a good plus. The hotel employees are very kind and friendly:)
Hotel puma is very close to the airport and have a parking space if you need it. The staff was super helpful and nice.
