Breakfast was delicious and Julia was very kind and helpful. Beautiful old building in a quiet side street but within walking distance of the town center. We had a spacious family room which worked well for us and our three young children. We really enjoyed our stay!

A quaint village close to Totnes with easy car access to Dartmouth and Salcombe. Lanes leading to it are narrow but one way traffic in and out. It has a pub should you not want to travel far for evening meal.

Harberton is small but has character made not only by the location and layout but by the very friendly people. It isn't a place for those looking for entertainment but if you want to relax then just perfect and convenient for site seeing The Hams and South Devon.

Harberton is a really charming village in rural South Devon.
Harberton is a really charming village in rural South Devon. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the village itself is super-quiet. Great 13th Century pub. Plently of walks and nearby places to visit.
The location was beautiful. The host greeted us on arrival and was fantastic, giving advice on places to eat and visit. The breakfast was on another level, superb. The bed was super comfy, lovely touches such as tea and coffee facilities, biscuits, mint and water in the room.listening to the church clock was lovely. Can't thank Francesca and the lovely Bella enough for a memorable stay.
Nestled in a pretty village a couple of miles from Totnes this B&B is an idyllic get away. The host was warm and inviting, the room clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely sheets to sleep in. The host also has a gorgeous dog who loves cuddles (and breakfast tit bits) and is very much part of this B&B experience.
Everything about Church Barn was excellent. Francesca makes you feel welcome from the moment you step into the cottage to the moment you leave. Impeccably clean and an absolutely fantastic location.
The village is beautiful and the people are very friendly.
Breakfast is perfect with absolutely top sausages.
The bed was very comfortable.
We liked everything about the "Church Barn". Breakfast was great and the location in this small village is super. There's an Inn nearby for food and the lovely garden is very welcoming. But most of all, Francesca and her fourlegged friend Bella make you totally feel at home. Staying at the Church Barn was a great experience.
What a pretty old Barn, and a ‘staircase’ of our own! Lovely bedroom, very comfortable and had everything you could need. Breakfast was amazing! Lovely hostess - Francesca.
Would highly recommend
Super pub within a few hundred yards!

Lovely large luxurious room in converted barn with private bathroom in peaceful location. Excellent amenable host and very good breakfast. Short walk to village pub.
