This is my second stay and I love the place, the history and the staff here. All are absolutely perfect. Even though there's no kitchen, there's a toaster, boiler, and microwave in the common room for all basic needs. If you're lucky, you might get a room with the view to the manor itself, stunning! Most times, you might get a room to yourself only or to your group, so yay to privacy. Except for in winter, also offer bike rentals which is perfect for exploring the area.
Located in a quiet and peaceful area in the middle of the Lahemaa National Park, Haaviku Nature Lodge offers simply furnished, wooden houses surrounded by a green forest.

One of the best on our 6 weeks' vacation. Owners are very friendly and try to accommodate to all your needs. You really feel like you are part of their family. It is beautiful location. Their yard looks like park. Breakfast was amazing and delivered to our doorstep. I wish to visit them again.

The place was very nice, my room had a balcony (My room actually had two balconies, one private balcony and one which was shared with the other room, both were nice.) The kitchen was well equipped, there was cooking oil and washing up liquid, pots and dishes so you could cook your own meals. But if that is not your thing, there are also restaurants near-by. The store is also very close. Most rooms are upstairs, which may not be convenient for some as there is no lift but I did not mind that. It was summer but the weather was quite cool so room temperature was not an issue for me.

In our case we sought overnight somewhere between Rakvere and Tallinn. Sagadi proved to be a good choice. Since the weather and season favored outdoor life we neglected the museum, otherwise of great interest. Next time!
Surroundings: The hotel is nestled amidst captivating surroundings that offer a perfect blend of nature and history. The possibility to explore the forest museum and the manor itself added a unique and enriching dimension to our stay. It was a delightful experience to immerse ourselves in the rich history and beauty of the location.
Accommodation: The bed provided us with a restful night's sleep, the bedsheets had a soft touch.
Lovely building on the estate of Sagadi manor, bonus points that one wakes up to see the gorgeous pink manor in golden sunlight right from the window! It is an old Estonian building with that characteristic smell and vibe. The location was amazing, one can rent a bike from the manor and ride to Oandu where there are multiple nature trails, or the old fishing village of Altja. The bed is quite small but cozy.
A possibility to rent bikes which allows you to see all that’s great around Sagadi! We made a 31km trip from Sagadi > Oandu (which is a place from a fairytale!) > Altja > Vergi with its harbour > Võsu with its beach front and back to Sagadi. Within a short bikes ride there are 2 other great manours to visit. Friendly and helpful staff and great dining experience with the best local tastes!
The property is in a superb location in the grounds of Sagadi Manor, a short drive from some great walks from Oanda and the coast at Altja. Dinner was very good in the restaurant upstairs, and we enjoyed strolling in the grounds. You could also get refreshments at reception when the restaurant was closed.
The hotel was very beautiful but quiet. the room is big and comfortable. Every morning, we started from a nice breakfast. Both staffs in the reception and restaurant were very friendly. The garden of the manor was kept very well although not many visitors.
Beautiful surroundings. A must for people interested in history and architecture in Estonia.
Had an amazing stay in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean and very comfortable.
Would definitely recommend to others as well.
The property was beautiful. The hostel was very comfortable. We had the entire building to ourselves and we were given wood to make a fire so it was a cozy one night stay. We had breakfast across the yard at the hotel which was wonderful
Great as usual. Room with wooden floor. Really relaxing place. Terrace. Excellent restaurant. A lot of entertainment possibilities. New walking path right next to the hotel. Possible to stay in the room until 12.
