Charm and character of the hotel. Delicious birthday meal at the restaurant in the hotel. We enjoyed walking around the town and by the river. Bus to Bilbao just outside the hotel every half hour on weekdays.

Big room close to the Metro station but far from downtown. Cleaning lady very nice. 24 hours desk service. There are two that were very helpful. The other one is so and do. The lady is not friendly at all.
