Willa Sepia is a beautiful place, it looks like a small castle from the outside. The furniture is very stylish and cozy, it feels very warm inside. Beds are really comfortable - the mattress is neither soft nor hard, just perfect. Staff is very friednly and helpful.
Breakfast was rich and tasty with a splash o Polish tastes. We were here during Easter Sunday, so we tasted also some Polish national food for the breakfast. Spa is nice and clean and private.

Wisła is a beautiful town surrounded by mountains with recently revitalised outdoor facilities, and enlarged green zones with ponds, waterfalls and water birds. There is however one problem- never- ending roadworks make the town centre barely passable- traffic jams extend as far as Wisła Malinka and you have to sit in a hot, stuffy car for 40 minutes to get moving. It shows a total lack of consideration for tourists, so the town authorities should be ashamed of themselves.

The road from Krakow to Wisla was quite good with a bit of delays due to road works, but it wasn't a disaster. The town is small and quaint with a small 'Zabka' and little shops within walking distance. There was a bit of multi cultural visitors from across the border from Czech Republic and Slovakia. Good place for a bit of fresh air to put in short.

Beautiful views and mountains Nice people’s.
Beautiful views and mountains Nice people’s. We ate on the top of Czantoria mountains ,and the food was very good . Best way to get there is by train from Wisla Uzdrowisko to Wisla Polanki ( about 10 min). I highly recommend Skocznia Malysza and Petla Cienkowska with a beautiful scenery and delicious food. You can get there by bus from Wisla to Wisla Malinka and take a ski lift on the top
Most of all I liked the outside pool and jacuzzi - it's nice to lie in the water and look at the mountains. Also my son enjoyed the waterslides. This hotel has a bigger number of jacuzzi compared to Gołębiewski Karpacz which we visited a while ago. The food in the restaurant was also very good. Close to the hotel you can find a lot of interesting locations such as Skolnity - a mountain which you easily visit using a ski lift.
Our room (apartment) was just excellent - everything is new and absolutely (I mean absolutely!) clean. The location is a bit fram from city centre, but it is mentioned on hotel's website and on booking.com = no problem. The place is nice and very pleasant, right next to forest. The air quality is excellent. The breakfast is rich and coul meet everyone's taste and preferences, replenished often. We enjoyed our stay.
This place makes a great first impression with helpful staff and a comfortable check-in and a bell hop taking your bags to the room isn't something you see a lot of these days. The bed was the most comfortable I've experienced so far. Magda Gessler restaurant has very classy service. A perfect location next to a small waterfall. Lastly, the spa and wellness facilities are first class.
This hotel has really nice location on hill with awesome view from room. Hotel has nice area and good parking place. Room and wellness is decent, but there is one thing what make this hotel special and it is breakfast. Homemade bread and butter was delicious and other food too, also there was a chef who was friendly and made good atmosphere.
The breakfast was fair enough, with good varieties and enough place for the restaurant guests, indoors and outdoors. The location is in a quiet place and easy to access by car, the parking is free and big enough for the summer vacation season. I haven't tried public transport to the hotel, but I don't believe it's an option.
It is a comfortable, clean and modern hotel in an excellent location. Nice restaurant and wellness area and spectacular views. Very kind and helpful hotel staff. Wide range of dishes for breakfast, hot and cold. The food in the restaurant was also very good.
We will be happy to stay at this hotel again!
Beautiful views, a lot of facilities at the hotel for kids. We were able to keep busy all day and managed to relax even though travelling with a toddler. Kitchen prepared special meals for our son who has a few allergies - really tasty meals too.
I love the view and sound of creak from the balcony. I the perfect size of hotel, feels personal, friendly staff. Love that it’s unpretentious with classic mountain vibe but well maintained and cared for. Feels like invested family run business.
+ The hotel has enchanted us so we returned there for a second stay within two months.
+ Everything was to our absolute satisfaction, the room, the half board, the day spa, the surrounding nature.
+ Great value for money.
The reception staff at the hotel were notably helpful, offering assistance and making a positive impact on our experience. Their attentiveness and willingness to help were commendable.
