1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement. 3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024. Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.Bock - 4.0Scored 4.0
Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.
Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center! Al seeb has a new Mall, The Mall of Muscat, with the Oman Aquarium inside. Also has a Souq with many shops for furniture, garments and gold jewerly. I´t is a nice location if you don´t want the rush of Muscat. You can even have a relaxing beach walk or go to any of the cafes around the Wave MarinaHector DanielColombia

I felt comfortable and anything myself or my partner asked for was never too much hassle. I would particularly like to mention one member of staff from the house keeping department. His name if I'm correct is Bhadel Singh. He was amazingly helpful and very professional. He is a real asset to the hotels smooth running. So thank you Mr Singh for all your help and hard work. Once again a great stay and would recommend to anyone.

It is ideally placed for Al Mouq marina for the trips, this is also a good place to find good at night and reasonably priced. There is a Chinese restaurant at the hotel with good food.
