We went during February which is off-season. I didn't feel like there was much to do but walk around but it may be better when everything is open. Would go back to see the Passion Play but would only stay a couple of days. The Rowdy Beaver had great Prim Rib and excellent service.

My perspective comes from having lived in New Orleans,...
My perspective comes from having lived in New Orleans, countless visits to the Tennessee Smoky Mountains and family in Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi.
Some of the quirkiness at Eureka Springs includes:
A mix of Gatlinburg, Tennessee (wonderful sights, shops), Bay St. Louis, Mississippi (laid back), a splash of the New Orleans French Quarter(history, character, good food, joie de vivre) with a generous shake of seediness (seediness in the 'best sense', authentic, real, not overly touristy).
It is a pleasant surprise to find such a unique town where I did not expect to.

Too much traffic. Rough uneven sidewalks.
Too much traffic. Rough uneven sidewalks. Lots of unique stores. Not enough options for cheap fast food. Not enough parking. Not very handicap friendly. Best thing to do is to park at the top of the hill at the Trolley stop or leave the car at the hotel. The Trolley runs everywhere. Lots of stops at every end of town and all throughout town. La familia is an excellent place to eat. Sauced Bbq. Myrtle Maes. There is zip lining. Lots to do. Lots to see. An Art Colony. Lots of nightlife.

We enjoyed our stay. it was nice having breakfast ready each morning. We got a trolly pass for a day and went to parts of town we hadn't seen before. We enjoyed the patio off our room, the weather was perfect. Hope to return next fall.

Eureka springs is dirty and dark. Not a good feeling.
Eureka springs is dirty and dark. Not a good feeling. We have visited 2 other times and it just doesn’t get any better. The movie theater has all 3 scary movies. Even though it’s mid October not everyone wants that. The passion play is the reason I like visiting. It would be nice to other things as well. My option is and always has been the same
Easy to find. Safe location. Quiet. Recently painted rooms. Clean. Friendly and helpful desk clerk. Comfortable beds and a nice shower. One of our group has sensitivities and couldn't do the recently painted room. The clerk offered us a refund if we wanted to find another place which I thought was really nice. There were five of us.. so we kept our rooms and two of us went to a different motel 1 minute away which solved the problem. So all was well..
Loved the views, the crescent calzone, the atmosphere, and the new moon spa. I think the main lobby is inviting and nostalgic. The heated pool, back veranda and the pizzeria on the fourth floor are excellent additions to the facility. The gardens, hiking trails and New Moon Spa make the 1886 Crescent Hotel a wonderful destination for the Eureka Springs area. The room was clean and all staff were friendly.
The location of the property is very convenient. We were close to downtown Eureka Springs, zip lining and floating down the river. The cabins are nicely updated and has beautiful wooded area behind the property. We are going to come back in the fall or summer to enjoy the property in cooler weather. They have a really nice hot tub outside with a fire pit and sitting area.
The hotel is over 100 years old so it had lots of charm. Our room was very spacious but that was reflected in the price we paid. The hotel was nicely decorated and there were so many period touches. The major issue was no elevator. Having to carry bags up three flights of stairs was not easy for a senior citizen.
The room was comfortable and clean. Nice central area outside under the pines. Nice restaurant with activities like trivia and music, good food. Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. The pleasant, shady back porch was nice. Classic motor lodge and liked the old Joy Hotel sign that I remember from years ago.
Everything was exceptional. The owner was so very friendly, kind and gracious! She took great care to fulfill our every request and cheerly accommodated our every need. We were thrilled to have the opportunity to stay at the Apple Blossom Inn in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, and look forward to doing so again!
Luxurious and unique suite. Lovely terrace and the hot tub was wonderful in the evenings. The location is very convenient to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Eureka Springs. Our hosts were so very gracious and kind. Overall the experience exceeded our expectations.
The room was nice and clean, Everything was tidy on that front. We didn't partake in the breakfast while there so we can't say anything about that. We stayed in a room with one king bed and it all met expectations of what you would expect from a well kept and clean hotel.
Small yet comfy. Most of the comforts of home. Lots of things to do like private fishing, hiking and other fun activities and downtown Eureka springs is just a stone throw away. Very good for the price I paid. Would book again.
Very well localized, really near to Eureka Springs downtown. The first receptionist was very gentle and kindly. Nice and clean room with refrigerator and microwave . We enjoyed our stay in rooms Jacuzzi.
This is our favorite hotel in Eureka Springs and we visit every year! Maria is awesome and we always like all the staff. It's not fancy but no hotel in the area is so... highly recommend for families!
Loved the scenery and location. Driveway is directly off Main Street and Downtown shopping starts less than a half block away. Perfect stay for your Ozark Mountain Getaway.
The room was excellent. The pool was amazing! I loved going downtown to the shops! Eureka Springs is so much fun! I want to go back! And the flowers were amazing!
room was well laid out and comfortable for a one-night stay. can't beat the location for access to downtown Eureka Springs. I always wanted to dine on that balcony!
We have stayed here a flock of times and it still is our "go to" place in Eureka Springs. It is very quiet, clean and comfy. The staff are like friends.
