As i lived there for 20+yrs,,,I think Vallejo has great possibilities. Some wonderful Restaurants, Provions, Gracies ( excellent BBQ) ,,,,The Waterfront is historica and a good stroll. The Ferries to SF are a great way to spend the day.

The front staff girls were nice.

The front staff girls were nice. room was dirty. other people's hair on the bed's sheets. loud screamers right outside our 2nd-floor window at 1:00 am till about 4:00 am. a lot of shady characters near and on the property. didn't feel my van was safe there. would recommend they hire at least 2 security guards for foot patrol overnight. wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

It felt unsafe with questionable people creepily observing our moves as we parked and walked in to have the key card not work. There were many bugs in the bathroom and bathtub. The mattress had bloodstains and other questionable stains. All of it was very uneasy, and disgusting. Had to ask for a refund and inconveniently had to look for another hotel last minute.

The website charged me for the room then they said they did not receive payment then I had police called on me only to have money taken out of my account and then told I had been out on the do not rent list when providing proof from booking and Priceline that I had paid the whole experience was HORRIBLE AND EMBARRASSING.

We ate dinner at Panda Express and breakfast at a little local diner. I wish I could remember the name of it because the diner was delicious!! According to my friend there are a lot of little hole in the wall places to eat that don't look great from the outside but are delicious food and atmosphere on the inside.

The fridge worked, the mattress was soft, but no pillow top. The bathroom smelled moldy and the room was not clean at all. I brought my own disinfect spray and had to clean all surfaces. There were visible palm prints on the headboard. Over the years the property has been managed by different motel chains, but since it is now a Best Western I had an expectation that it would be up to the standard of other Best Western properties, but this location is definitely not up to BW standard. Very disappointing!!!!

Overall dirty, unkept appearance.rooms are basic motel 6 ish.dirty wood floors, cracked tub.hallways are dirty and have tracked in debis littering them.walls are thin,we were treated to belligerent drunken neighbors.we were there to attend Discovery Kingdom.the area around the park is a high crime, ghetto type area.homeless and graffitied walls everywhere. I paid $209.00 USD for a room sat.night. I would advise staying outside the area for better value and nicer surroundings.

The best value of all the motels in the area, beds are firm and comfortable. The proprietors have worked hard to give the motel a makeover, it's like a new motel. I've stayed there 3 times and consider the motel my new getaway. They also have more and better TV channels. Great staff too, they are eager to make your stay comfortable and do there best to meet your needs. I am very impressed and recommend that if your in Vallejo and need a room, check this place out. 👍😃

The room was great but they placed a group of noisy young men who were smoking weird smelling cigarettes, in the adjoining room. They were noisy till about 10:30. They were very polite & apologetic for smoking in doorway but continued to smoke. I had trouble breathing as I don’t smoke. The street leading to Hotel was full of homeless encampments & very filthy plus trash & litter all around I will never return. City should be ashamed.

It was conveniently located for my purposes and the exterior was attractive. I was given a 1st floor room on request since I would be unable to climb stairs with luggage due to a resolving knee injury. Staff was helpful and polite. There was adequate parking and both fridge and microwave.

I liked the room. I've stayed at your hotel (5) and I've expressed that I really didn't like staying on the 4th or 5th floor in the back of the hotel. for the first 3 times I got the same room on the 4th floor in the back. It wasn't until I bitched that I got a room on the 3rd floor.
