The location is incredible! We stayed a week and only got the car out once. The beach is steps away. The pool was clean with lots of chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast was very nice.

No confines. A/c wasn’t working at night. It was very loud with the people upstairs and around us

The beach and community were nice, however arriving to a dirty, under supplied unit put a bad taste in our mouth regarding the overall stay. We may return to New Smyrna Beach, but obviously somewhere else other than "Unit 412".

New Smyrna Beach is my happy place.
New Smyrna Beach is my happy place. Living in Wisconsin, I prefer cooler weather, but even when it's in the 90's in New Smyrna, it doesn't bother me. There are plenty of hiking trails.
Any restaurant that is on the beach is amazing. Twisted Treat is amazing ice cream - never disappointed. Down by Mosquito Lagoon, there's also JB's. Really good food & kayaking. We got to see dolphins and manatees.
A lot of New Smyrna is walkable, but anything past the inlet you'll need a car.
Avoid Turtle Beach early in the morning, unless you are covered in Deet. Sand fleas are miserable.

Beautiful white sand beach with waves and blue water.
Beautiful white sand beach with waves and blue water. Fresh air. Wonderful place to walk, swim or ride a bike on the water's edge. I hear it can get crowded; however, we were there in late November and it was pristine.

New Smyrna Beach was wonderful, the only downside was it was cloudy or raining every day, but still loved the wonderful sunrises and sunsets, we spent allot of time on the beach, cook most of our meals,

We enjoyed the area, however our condo we booked at Ocean View unit #502 was very dirty and had bed bugs so we had to call the property management and wait 3hours for them to place us into 2 separate units which made a very bad inconvenience for our family. with saying that they took $250.00 from our payment however we went there with the purpose of being together and this made our trip miserable. We had to split the coast of food and take it to different units and has made quite the finical burden for our family for our family.

The condo we stayed in was a no drive on beach area so it felt very private. Loved sitting on the beach view balcony every morning watching the sun rise over the ocean and again in the evening watching the sun set. The rest of the day we either played in the ocean, collected sea shells and walked for miles enjoying the noise of the waves crashing in.
There is a tacos and ice cream little spot on S Atlantic across the street from the Sea Cost Gardens Condos where we stayed…Best soft shell steak tacos we have ever had!!
Lastly, I wouldn’t of wasted so much time at home going out shopping for beach wear before our trip. The city is packed with cute little beach shops all over that have everything you need to look cute on the beach. All that time wasted at home and I still ended up buying a few items that I loved way more than what home offered.

We loved the patio area and used it every day of our visit. The fire pit is the perfect way to relax after a day of fun on the beach. The home is also tastefully decorated. The home also has the added bonus of having a variety of board games, books and tvs in each bedroom. It was a nice touch to have beach towels and umbrellas that were available for guests’ use. We loved the location it is close enough to the beach, Flagler Avenue and one of our favorite restaurants of NSB, the Garlic.
This is a beautiful small hotel. The room and bathroom were so beautiful. The balcony was really spacious. We could bike everywhere. It is away from the beach scene but close to the more interesting things for us, like the museum, Canal St., restaurants, etc. I would love to go back. We had our bikes and it was fun to bike through the lovely neighborhood.
The breakfasts were great, and plentiful! You could have it delivered to your room or eat in the pretty kitchen/bar area.
Lovely wooded neighborhood with a good mix of full time residents and vacationers. The beach is right across the street with a safe crossing path at the main entrance to the community.
The condo itself has a welcoming floor plan that is so spacious. For the same cost of a hotel on the beach you get an entire condo with everything you could need.
Best location with a wonderful Tiki Bar Restaurant on site with delicious food and drinks! Very low key accomodations but perfect for just enjoying beautiful New Smyrna Beach. The little kitchen was ideal. This is not the place for fussy folks but if you enjoy an old Florida vibe and having a good time you will like this a lot.
- Great view and location
- The hotel has really interesting architecture — every room has an ocean view balcony.
- Spacious room with two bedrooms, so I could stay with my dad and we could both have privacy.
- Friendly front desk guys, and a very cute, very vocal cat that hangs around the property.
The hotel was on Flagler Avenue close to all the restaurants and bars and a short walk to the beach. If you want to be in the middle of the action, this is an excellent location. The hotel staff was friendly and very accomodating. The hotel itself was very clean.
Beautiful boutique hotel with a nice water view. Easy walk to old downtown with restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and the hotel provides towels and chairs if desired. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was top notch. Would definitely stay again!
Location was nice, far enough to not be in the middle of everything but still choose enough to do everything and get there quickly. House was roomy. Close to beach. Pet friendly!
Personable, private, and most important not a chain hotel. Daughter and fiancé will be coming here in a couple of weeks on their road trip from Texas to New York.
