It was clean. When I asked for more pillows the lady was nice and got me some. The owner or manager at the other Marriott was nice and let us go over there to use the pool and hot tub.

The stay was just for a brief overnight. The location was just what we needed. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the bed was perfect. If I had to lodge only one complaint it would be about the pillows. They were a little flat.

The only thing that is good about the place is the staff.
The only thing that is good about the place is the staff. Everything was out dated in the room window was open. Smelled like weed. Curtains was ripped. Just a dirty place. Well customers are not first there I had Booking.com talk to front desk and instead of just giving me another room I was told they'd have someone clean it when it should have been clean before I got in there... I had to drive all the way to Dundee to find a better stay which meant I had 2 hotel rooms the one in Canton I refused to sleep in but since the room was pay for I went everyday just to check and each time I had to get a new key because Vi was locked out of my room.. The male staff don't know his name told me that if I stayed more than one day they key needed to be reset... first time I ever heard that one🙄

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location was close to venue I was attending..Condition of facility, not a repeat option for me. I stayed 3 nights I had a restful sleep 1 night. The other two nights there were LOUD OBNOXIOUS PEOPLE THAT WOKE ME AFTER 1.5 HRS OF SLEEP AT 4:30 a.m. Fell back into a semi sleep only to get another of the same disturbance. Staff was alerted according to front desk personnel who warned them twice...Didn't help several people who were awakened twice....both rooms should receive a discount. The front desk people should have this shenanigans on video tape. The carpet looked dirty, the sofa had stains on the cushions, dirty laundry...towels, washcloth, towel and bathmat left outside door for house maids but were not replenished. I NEEDED A RESERVATION CHANGE AND CALLED THE HOTEL, BUT SINCE I MADE THIS RESERVATION VIA BOOKING.COM I WAS ADVISED TO MAKE THE CHANGE THRU BOOKING.COM. AFTER COMPLETING A CHAT SESSION AND RECEIVING AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT THE CHANGE WAS DONE, I ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL A DAY LATER THAN MY ORIGINAL RESERVATION AS ARRANGED (OR SO I THOUGHT) AND THE HOTEL WAS UNAWARE OF THE CHANGE. I HAD BEEN DESIGNATED AS 'NO SHOW', RESERVATION CANCELLED, AND CHARGED FOR MY STAY ANYWAY.
