Was a really nice place to stay.

Was a really nice place to stay. The breakfast was the best we had seen for a Continental Breakfast. The room for the most part was clean and looked really nice. Liked having the little refrigator in the room. Only thing that was wrong was we had no TV and internet all night. Was told the manager might be able to give us a credit towards the room. When manager arrived said they could not give us a credit because we booked the room thru "Booking.com". That part was disappointing.

We appreciated the central location to so many sites and things to do in St Louis area. Easy access. Near Creve Coeur Lake which has great walking and biking trails of different lengths, picnicing and boating (no motorboats) activities.

Check out Forest Park and all that it has to offer, as follows. During the warm months, the Muny is open providing live professional performances. The St Louis Zoo is fantastic. The Jewel Box is an art deco conservatory. Bike riding and picnic areas exist throughout. Two to three 9 hole golf courses exist as do various museums.

Enjoyed are stay in St. Louis.

Enjoyed are stay in St. Louis. Hotel accommodations were nice. A few things were broken/didn't work. Ice machine on our floor only didn't work the whole time we were there. NOT acceptable. Phone didn't work, light under microwave didn't work and dishes were never put away from previous guest. I get things break, I have never stayed anywhere where this many things failed to work. Scale of 1-10 they get a 6. But would stay again.

I am very familiar with Maryland Heights and the Hotel needs to come up to the standards of a place like Maryland Heights. The parking lot had broken glass in it as if someone busted a car windshield, and it was still on the parking lot.

    It's good.

It's good. Convenient location and entry/exit of this property makes coming and going low-stress. Clean surrounding area, including gas/convenience store, plus numerous restaurants close by, add to the feeling of satisfaction with this area. My favorite breakfast diner is "Sunrise", near Fee Fee on Lindbergh; omelets and homefries there will get you started off right! The major shopping centers in the Chesterfield area are a short and pleasant enough drive from here to the west, and another whole world of restaurants is out that way. If you're in a hurry, the major interstates in/out of here are only a couple exits away from this one. A reassuring police presence, but watch out on the local streets; they take speeding seriously.

The room was clean and comfortable, a little shabby in places but hotel rooms are used hard by most guests. It didn't detract from the comfort. Staff were very helpful and polite; little things such as housekeeping calling the elevator for me when I had my hands full. Location is excellent if you don't want to be directly downtown (we didn't; we chose the area my husband grew up in). We were in town to bury my father in law, and all the things like iron, board, hairdryer, that you need when getting ready, were to hand.

i'd stayed 7 nights, Breakfast is simple but good for me. Room is looked like old, but clean. there is small kitchen (Sink, micowave, large refrigator, dishes and knife and so on.) This hotel is located outside of downtown. so i think it is hard to got bus. Lyft or rent car is good for your choice. hotel is located near to high way so i could go anywhere easily.

Clean, quiet, large room with a super comfortable bed, nice linens and good pillows. Loved the wood floor—so much more sanitary than carpet. The sink was outside the toilet/shower which is very convenient for 2 people. Good shower pressure, free-flowing drain and we appreciated the grab bar. We spend a lot of nights in hotels and this was one of the best ever.

We’ve stayed before and returned to enjoy this hotel again. It checks all the boxes and is a great place to stay. We especially love the wood floor—so much more sanitary than carpet. Eve at the front desk was super at check-in, and both Jessica at the front desk and manager Krishna were very helpful during our stay. Terrific staff at this hotel!!

We came in town for a concert and we arrived at our hotel to check in to be told we didn’t have a room because booking.com had overbooked. The owner had made accommodations to have us stay at a sister hotel by the airport instead which was nice and much appreciated since we drove 4.5hrs to stay at this hotel.

The rooms were disgustingly dirty. Bugs. Stains. The hotel is falling apart. Concrete crumbling in doorways. Drug dealers hanging around outside. Guy changing his oil in his truck at entrance. Absolutely disgusting hotel. I rate it a zero I want my money back
