We visit Myrtle Beach often.
We visit Myrtle Beach often. We love the beach, restaurant, and activities in the area. You can find just about anything to do, and much if it free We love to walk through Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the beach. Go to the Hangout for free music. Walking the beach is wonderful. Any type of restaurant you would like priced low to high. Driving is easy but do expect traffic during high season. Eveything is close, grocery stores, Walmart, and beach supply stores.

My trip was first trip back in over 20 years.
My trip was first trip back in over 20 years. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed except for my lodging. Do NOT stay at Blu Atlantic motel!!! Paid for full ocean view, but got side/back view and only bldg across the street. Internet was pretty much non existent and TV had a stripe down middle of screen. Evening clerk was very rude and I would have left at that point but I had nowhere to go. NEVER AGAIN!!

We visited in March so water was cold.
We visited in March so water was cold. There was sand and sun, relaxing and playing, fun for our whole family.
We visited the Broadway at the beach where there were shops, restaurants, and a little amusement park for kids. (Rides are probably best suited for kids 4-12 give or take). We fed the fish and bought some suvineers.

Don’t stay at this hotel for the price it’s not worth it!!
Don’t stay at this hotel for the price it’s not worth it!! Very unsanitary mold and half cleaned rooms everything was nasty looking will never stay here again!! Pools was filthy!!! Room outdated!! Breakfast gives you diarrhea ugh and it stank on elevators that took forever to run
The hotel smelled so delightful and was very clean. It’s located close to Broadway on the Beach. There is a “corner store” called Cash Grocery it’s literally right across the street and they have just about everything you may need or forgot. We used Uber for places we couldn’t walk to and it is very affordable and easy to use. The outside pool seems small but it actually works really well. Never too crowded. The beach is right behind the resort, I recommend renting the umbrella and chairs they offer. And definitely use sunscreen!!!!
We stayed here for one night after staying somewhere else(which was a disaster). We were down in North Myrtle Beach for a leisurely 2-night stay and stumbled across this hotel after switching from the Comfort Inn -N. Myrtle Beach and I'm glad we did. Fairfield rooms were very clean, big, Beds were comfortable, indoor heated pool was amazing and the breakfast(yes, they have breakfast)was decent. the staff was friendly. Hotel was quiet at night so definitely will be back.
I have stayed in Marriott establishments before this is the worst one I’ve ever stayed in because the hotel needs and complete upgrade. It does not meet Marriott expectations or mine. I’m a loyal customer to Marriott and Fairfield Inn franchise, but this place really needs an upgrade. I feel like I should be credited by Marriott for staying there but I had business in the area in the location was great. The staff was wonderful the hotel needs to be done over. Thank you.
Plenty of parking. Great location between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. Quiet residential neighborhood behind hotel. Across street from beautiful beach. Has a pool. Convenient to stores, restaurants, etc.. Room was clean, updated, and contemporary. Had a mini-fridge, TV, and microwave. All rooms had a view of the ocean. Front desk and staff were great to deal with. Price was fantastic! Would highly recommend! We will book again in the future.
The location of this hotel is excellent. It is clean and the front desk personnel are excellent. There are a few restaurants around and honestly everything you need is around this location. If you are taking your kids, I’d definitely recommend this spot because it is right on the beach but it is also quiet at night so you’re able to get some good sleep. It is away from the madness of Myrtle Beach but the travel distance is no biggie.
We loved our stay at the sands, live music every night on the beach front bar was a huge plus. When you walk the beach at night you can tell that this is the best hotel on the strip. The rooms were comfortable and the balconies were spacious with an amazing view. I danced the night away on the dance floor of the inside bar until 2 am almost every night. And the river city cafe on property is something you don’t wanna miss.
Jeannie the front desk lady is a real gem. We hit it off great as soon as we checked in sharing stories of our favorite places to eat and dance in North Myrtle Beach. She is a real asset to your business. The other ladies were very sweet as well but for some reason Jeannie and I clicked. The hotel was very nicely decorated and the breakfast was better than expected. All said, we definitely would recommend this hotel.
Oceanfront view was amazing, couldn't hear neighbors at all, very clean, outside hot tub was very relaxing, food is cooked fresh to order and good amount for your money. I didn't go bowling but my kids did and they received a free game which was very nice! Hotel was fully booked but there was plenty of parking! Staff always had what we needed (tissue, towels, dish soap) kitchen appliances always working and up to date.
This was a great hotel and was absolutely gorgeous inside. The hotel is very clean, bright and modern. Myrtle Beach was in need of another updated hotel and this place hit the mark. The pool was great, the rooms exceeded expectations and the location was perfect. Not to mention this hotel is right on the beach! Loved this place!
The room wasn't large by normal standards but is probably a decent size for Myrtle Beach.
Because the hotel is small there wasn't a long trek to get anywhere (our room, the pool, out to the parking lot, etc) although it helped that we were on the first floor. It also wasn't very noisy because there weren't very many people.
I was really surprised the building looks a little old but inside I have enough space in the room and was very clean. Good tv channels, freeze was big enough so I totally loved it, such a wonderful stay much better compared to other hotels on the front lines. And such a quiet place to relaxing.
My room had a great view of the ocean and beach, the staff was helpful and delightful, it it right on the beach so can walk right on. It is one of the cheapest hotels in town but well worth it for me.
I liked the size of the pool and how close the hotel was to the ocean. Also the view was great. The bed was super super comfortable. Temperature on the shower was AMAZING.
Nothing! The entire place should be shut down. So dirty and everything was torn up. Including the bed sheets. The door on the side of the hotel was torn off & wide open.
