Burlington is a nice little town with all the basic conveniences. Old downtown Mt. Vernon is a quaint little shopping area with a wonderful old theatre (The Lincoln). They have a natural food co-op, brewery, and our favorite place for breakfast, Calico Cupboard. Best of all it is centrally located to take quick day trips up towards the mountains, or over to the waters and Salish Sea. It is not far from Deception Pass, or you can take a scenic drive up Chuckanut Drive to Bellingham. The parking lot felt safe even when I walked our little dog at night and in the morning.

The hotel is very clean, staff was pleasant, breakfast was good and the pool & sauna were immaculate. The only issue for us was the trains go by starting at 5am. We would stay again as all hotels have some kind of a noise issue. Enjoyed our stay.

Cute little town with shops and restaurants. The hotel is located in the commercial area. About a 5-minute drive to the historic center. Check out calico cupboard for amazing cinnamon rolls. If you get over to Anacortes and like diner food highly recommend Dad's D
iner and get there special breakfast burrito - Awesome!

Loved the quietness of Burlington compared to Bellingham, slower pace for shopping Loved the restaurants in the area except a little frustrated as a Canadian whose credit card and debit have a chip and found out that Olive Garden's system will not accept this would make it very difficult for someone who did not carry enough cash to cover their meal. So I guess Olive Garden is out for us next time.

My sisters and I stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time it's the best outdoor pool I loved all the fresh grass flowers trees that shade was perfect and we went in 90 degree weather thank you for a wonderful trip
The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff at this property are all great! The hotel exceeded my expectations and was spotless. The price was amazing. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The standard continental breakfast with a combination of fruit, muffins, bagels, cereal, pastries, waffles, yogurt, juice, milk, tea, and fresh coffee. Additionally, there will be butter, jam/jelly, cream, and sugar available. Would definitely stay there again.
Great place to stay....
Everything was great. It's central to the area we were looking to house hunt in. The staff is great and if there was a problem they were there to take care of it right away. The room has a full size refrigerator and cooking pans , microwave, all dishes and cutlery is there. Just bring your groceries and be at home. Comfortable bed and the shower is perfect. Enjoyed our stay.
The price was affordable. We were out exploring and not in our room very much. The location in Burlington was convenient for visiting all parts of Skagit Valley. It was easy to head towards Sedro Woolley, Mount Vernon or La Conner. We appreciated having a small kitchen and table in our room. The room size worked just fine for two of us. Front desk and cleaning staff is very friendly.
A very basic hotel. The shower drain was clogged causing water to back up when taking a shower. Also, not very good soundproofing at all, so I would recommend bringing earplugs or have some type of white noise app downloaded to drown out the people walking outside and in other rooms when sleeping.
It was a great location for our conference in Mount Vernon. The room was clean, beds were comfy, and there were plenty of outlets to charge all the things. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast, and that area was being kept exceptionally clean, stocked, and organized.
Breakfast was the best ever seen at a chain hotel. The coffee was particularly good. Kept stopping that cup til after lunch. Front desk staff was welcoming, efficient and informative. Having the Tesla Supercharger right there in the parking lot was super convenient.
Because of Coronavirus, the breakfast was limited to dry items, yogurt, juice and coffee. Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, fridge in room. Hotel is on the edge of an industrial area so the parking lot is well lit. Pretty easy access to the highway.
Very very clean & nice room, great hot breakfast...keurig coffee maker in room & a remote for TV I could figure out! We notified hotel we will have a late arrival which was noted for evening staff.
Also...love the Dove products in bathroom
Comfy hotel in the outskirts ( trade & shopping mall areas) of Burlington , WA. Everything looked new and thoroughly clean inside the room . Reception desk staff attention & help was over the top
The hotel was conviently located next to a gas station and a restaurant. Despite being off the freeway, it was quite. It allowed us to easily head out on SR 20. 24 hour coffee is a big plus.
Good choices at breakfast. Simple but good variety and good coffee.
It was quiet and loved the interior park like area where pool is located. No traffic noise from local streets or I5.
Roadside hotel really good. New and well-kept facilities and rooms. Spacious room with all the necessary equipment. Pretty good breakfast. Great value for the price.
