You usually expect the hotels with such a great location and moderately-priced to be below average, and the rating high just because of the location, despite all the negative stuff, but with this hotel that's not the case - it's good as it is. The spacious parking. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Finally, the lake view is really there and it's stunning.

The location was excellent. The staff was friendly helpful and very funny. The town of Lenno is very quaint and perfect for a relaxing trip on Lake Como.

Charming boutique hotel on the lovely Piazza San Giorgio. Perfect way to avoid the big crowds along the water, but only a five minute walk to everything. Lovely restaurant on site and great gelato right across the street. 300 m or so from the train station. Very friendly staff and the rooms were immaculate. Great find!
