Collier Condo #202, hotel in Marco Island

Collier Condo #202 is located in Marco Island, just 1.5 miles from Tigertail Beach and 18 miles from Tin City. The air-conditioned accommodation is a 7-minute walk from South Marco Beach.

Everything was close to the apartment. Publix a 8 minute drive, Winn Dixie 2 minute drive, private beach entrance was 7 minute drive, clean, spacious, sweet decor, pet gear available if needed (Bowls for both meal and water) and a mat. Chairs, umbrella, cooler and cart available for convenience. Communication with both owners was GREAT - would answer my many questions within minutes. I was fortunate as I was met by owner when I arrived and helped me with the door entry and codes. State of the art washer and dryer, GREAT A/C, soft beds.... The parking was clearly marked, and you have three additional spots for guest parking. Additionally, on weekend you can park in the front part of the building. OVER all my rating would be 15 stars. Did I mention how clean and up to date this place was?? Will rent next year for our yearly family reunion. WILL not disappoint

This is Not a full service resort, so know that before you go. The parking situation is not ideal because you have to tip the valet every time you want your car. Well I mean I tipped every time I picked up the car. However, the bed was superbly comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. The kitchen worked wonderfully for our needs. It was much quieter than I have experienced in other hotels. The pool was very nice. The walk to the beach on the boardwalk is very aesthetically pleasing. The beach towels were big and soft. The beach chairs all seemed to be good working condition. It was nice to just walk out to the beach and there were chairs readily available for us. All in all, I would recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Loved our very short two day trip, wasn't long enough for sure. Beaches were beautiful, LONG and shell-y (need beach shoes to walk). Water was shallow and relatively warm (i'm form northeast) with gentle surf so very nice for swimming. Tons of restaurants to try and a wonderful farmers market on Wednesday mornings that's like THE event of the town. Anyplace that has a farmers market as the main event is alright by me. Live music, tons of prepared food as well as produce, crafts and other items. Must see.

We loved Tigertail Beach with easy access from paid parking ($10) area. It would have been preferential to be within walking distance to the beach. Plenty of restaurant options, but no “village or central” area on Marco Island.

Very good location right on a beautiful white sand beach, nice pool area, with great sunset view. We traveled for ten days in Florida and we noticed the rooms we booked with Booking.com were always the farthest ones from the elevator, always right before the emergency exit, I would say the lowest rated rooms of the hotels.

The beach is beautiful and the bird sanctuary along Tigertail is worth an early morning walk but seashore is remote so be prepared for at least 30 minutes walk there and back. Plenty of restaurants within 5/10 mins driving but not as good quality as in Naples. Breakfast at Hoots is as good as Mels Diners which we love. We usually stay in Naples but found the travel from Marco too cumbersome, so wont be back.

    I just love Marco Island.

I just love Marco Island. The beach is beautiful, the sand is soft, the water is clean. It’s family friendly, the food is great. I personally love La Tavola, a must while you’re visiting Marco Island. If I had a second home, it would be in Marco Island.

The hotel is lovely and the beach amazing. Unfortunately it was very busy and some of the staff where rude. I upgraded my room to a suite to be told when I went to check in it wasn’t ready. I would have to wait another 2 hours. I ended up been given a room with a pool/beach view. I would say it was a pool/Beach access not a view!!! Quite dissatisfied with that. The 5th floor bar/restaurant has an amazing view and spectacular sunsets. I would return when it is less busy and see if the service has improved. !

This property is a lovely former hotel now run as an Air B + B so it is perfect for independent travelers that appreciate a quiet environment and undisturbed room. Valet and Reception staff were very friendly, The suite was nicely furnished, clean, body care products + linens were plentiful, and the partial ocean view was nice. Set yourself up for a perfect breakfast on the balcony with a trip to Ori's Bakery & Cafe, they have divine sweet and savory pastries plus fantastic key lime pie.

Good location right on the beach. You will not access to resort amenities. It will cost you roughly $50 to rent beach chairs and an umbrella for the day. The condo is clean but could use some minor maintenance. The Keurig coffee machine and hairdryer did not work. Light bulbs out in the bedroom. The kitchen could use a cutting board. No kleenex available and the provided toilet paper was awful and cheap. Otherwise-plenty of towels and linen were provided.

This was a true gem of a find on Marco Island! Lovely private suite with a courtyard entry and pool. The unit was comfortable, quiet, and so very well thought out! From great wi fi access to usb ports everywhere, ample kitchen necessities, great shower, and extremely comfortable bed! The hosts were readily available for questions and suggestions on the area but never intrusive! Absolutely wonderful!

We really liked the location in Old Marco Island. Very nice to nice to walk to breakfast and any other meal as well. The restaurants around there a very good. The king size bed was more comfortable than ours! Very comfortable! The staff were very kind and helpful. I like staying at a small place and this was perfect.

The location was pretty good, right on the beach. I have a bad foot, so it was quite a hike to get to the beach. The facility was very nice and well kept. It was quiet and peaceable which I really liked. If I come to Marco Island again, I would stay at South Seas Tower.

The suite was perfect for our family of four with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms plus a full kitchen and dining room table which we used often. It’s in a very quiet section of Marco Island which we also liked a lot. Nothing was a far drive away.
