During my stay at the hotel, I found the rooms to be styled in an outdated manner, which I didn’t particularly enjoy. However, the staff were generally pleasant, especially Lisa. I appreciated their prompt provision of an iron and ironing board when we requested them. However, I was disappointed by the lack of recognition for our honeymoon. A complimentary gesture, such as a room upgrade or a bottle of wine, would have been appreciated. On the plus side, the hotel’s location is excellent, very close to major attractions, the WiFi was reliable, and the breakfast was decent. Overall, my experience was good.

The hotel was located right at the Duomo. Easy walk to everywhere - museums, Ponte Vecchio,
restaurants. It is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Very easy check-in. Staff was very helpful. Reasonable price for the excellent location. The hotel is within sight of the bell tower. Bells start at 7:30 in the morning and ring periodically until 8:30 pm (20:00) but do not ring late unto the night. I loved hearing the bells, but bring earplugs if you think it might disturb your sleeping hours! I would highly recommend this hotel for the price.
