Mandarin Motel, hotel in Scotts Head

Only 2 minutes’ walk from the Nambucca River and offering free Wi-Fi, Mandarin Motel provides guest rooms with TV and a refrigerator.

We were upgraded at no extra cost so the children got their own adjoining room. That was excellent. Our room was quite spacious. Receptionist was lovely. Everything was clean. Fridge, sink and microwave, milk, tea and coffee all provided and also free WiFi. Shower was good. Toilet was seperate from bathroom. We were able to park very close. RSL and supermarkets were close walking distance.

I have stayed before and it was great before and great again. I only stayed for one night this time but my partner and I couldn't get over how comfortable and soft the sheets were! Considering we had been driving all day it was so good to relax on the very comfortable bed and watch tv.

Ingenia Holidays White Albatross, hotel in Scotts Head

Located on Nambucca River, White Albatross Holiday Park features an outdoor pool and a waterpark. All guest units have a private balcony or patio. Shelly Beach is just 3 minutes’ walk away.

I stay at White Albatross regularly and I cannot fault it. I do always stay in a waterfront cabin and they have a lovely outlook. They are very well appointed, unlike another park I stayed at recently which had spartan kitchemn utensils and a two hot plate stove top which would not work. I have learnt my lesson and will now always choose White Albatross!

Scott's head is a tiny seaside town, perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. It has just enough facilities - supermarket, bakery and nice cafes, to ensure a comfortable stay. If you are looking for excitement this is not your town, if you like swimming, natural beauty and relaxation then it is perfect.

I would do a shop of necessities before heading into Scotts Head as the only grocery store is small and quaint, great but not alot of variety. Visit the Mosaic picnic area and the wall of the toilet block. Scotts Hub has nice coffee shop and the beaches are amazing

The house was fabulous, clean and comfortable with gorgeous ocean views. We loved the sleepy beach town of Scotts Head and enjoyed exploring the area. Had a delicious lunch of fresh fish at J Cafe and delicious meals at the Scotts Head Bowls Club.

    Beautiful beaches and scenery.

Beautiful beaches and scenery. Easy to walk and drive around as everything is so close. People were so friendly. We felt very safe at all times. The local coffee was on par with my local in Melbourne. Great little grocery shop that had what we needed to get by.

There is not a lot to do at Scotts Head.

There is not a lot to do at Scotts Head. The only food available on the Thursday night was at the bowling club and last orders were before 7:30 pm (we arrived at 7:30) but they did make us a very average pizza. It's a sleepy surfing holiday town.

Very quiet. Decent coffee and cafes. Good general grocery store and bottle shop. One patrolled beach and two other smaller beaches. Quite hilly to walk around. Short drive to other beaches, pubs, larger towns and national parks.
