Restaurant and bakery are fantastic. Really appreciated that the hotel desk had coffee and tea available for guests before restaurant and bakery opened. Liked the rustic charm of the place.

The parking outside my front door was convenient for traveling with my cat.
The bed was on a platform so the cat couldn’t seek refuge under the bed.
The room was quite large!

The architecture and the restoration of so many beautiful buildings. The history of this town is amazing. It's equally amazing that so many buildings have escaped the wrecking ball and are being restored. I've been to Santa Fe and Taos. Las Vegas is definitely more of what I enjoy in terms of history, food, architecture and incredibly friendly people.

The plaza and the shops around it were interesting. We did not have time to really do more than that. We would have liked the Hot Springs and the Wildlife Refuge. We liked Charlie's Bakery and Olivia's for breakfast.

Las Vegas New Mexico is an unknown gem.
Las Vegas New Mexico is an unknown gem. Approximately an hour away from Santa Fe (which is way more touristic and buzzing) this small town has an interesting history that you can still feel when visiting.
I loved to stay in the hotel with it's nice hotel shop, but also the antique shops are a real treat if you like to wander through history.

There was nothing positive that stood out.
There was nothing positive that stood out. We were there 1 day, thankfully. The hotel has no elevator, breakfast was unappetizing so we went to mcdonalds instead, and the bed was so uncomfortable that I didn’t sleep well at all and my husband slept sitting in the chair instead. We will choose a different hotel if we decide to visit that area again.

Restaurants closed early on Sundays, ended up eating fast food which is not my preference. The KFC ran out of chicken at 7 pm. Only stayed the night, so I don't have much to say I don't plan to stay there again.

We did not have much time to visit Las Vegas since it was just a one night stop on our way back home. What I like about the town was that the hotels were a little more reasonably priced that those in larger cities.
Las Vegas was a little behind in their recovery from Covid and the shops seemed to have suffered from the lack of business as a lot were. Loser.
The location was perfect, great AC, shower was excellent, the staff is super friendly. Two eating establishments within the hotel which is very convenient.
There is a cute shop by check in with Talavera pottery and other cool Mexican art at very reasonable prices.
The hotel is full of books available for borrowing. It’s a really nice touch.
We’ve already booked a return in August.
It was one of the cheapest rooms in town. Nice quality. All of the other hotel operators recommend this place because of the recent renovations/price. Family members paid a higher price at the Comfort Inn for the pool, and it was closed. They regretted their stay there.
Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The room was clean and everyone who worked there from the front desk to the restaurant were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and bring others with me.
Good hotel buffet breakfast. Great linens, towels, and other room amenities. We had not stayed in a Best Western before and now will look for same when we travel.
I liked the nostalgia of the hotel, and having a door that emptied to the parking lot for ease of bringing luggage in and out. The fridge worked well.
