The staff was very helpful and courteous. The property is well located, very close to the Byward Market but away from all the bustle. It is also a shortish walk to the Parliament and the river. The property is surrounded by office buildings, and is in a quieter and corporate part of downtown. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Enjoyed the beds and pillows. But horrible parking set up. The cost is too much and then I almost got ticketed by city for parking where the hotel tells us to park for valet. She demanded I move my car asap. Staff told me not too as they will send out the driver. It was stressful :( and all along they don't tell you it's free parking across the street on weekends. So most likely will never return to Sheraton.

As you would expect in a Sheraton, the room was large, had a nice coach and the bed was comfortable. The location was central.
