The Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong Hotel enjoys a unique transportation advantage, with a ferry terminal just a stone's throw away. The location of the hotel was very good and easily accessible to public transport and eateries nearby. Just want to compliment the Duty Manager ( I forgot to get his name) who assisted me promptly in activating the ambulance and led the paramedics to our room to rush my husband who was in high fever and shivering violently in the room to nearby hospital.
