Everything was wonderful. Our room was large with a beautiful view. All the staff were kind and welcoming. They aim to please. Every encounter was a pleasure. We dined in both restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Food excellent, as was service. It’s no wonder it was recently rated the best hotel in all of Germany. We moved on to another luxe hotel in Germany and it is a let down compared to Brenners Park. Try the spa saunas, steam room and pools. We had massages in the spa that were great, and the waiting area was lovely with drinks and snacks. Much better than the public ones offered in town. I hope we return someday.

Good location without any loud noise from the street or from the neighborhood. Kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. Small but self-contained kitchen and tea room.

Very nice hotel. Well located, with friendly and helpful staff. Room size was large and thermal water is available in the bathtubs. Breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed our time.

We loved the location, 2 min away from the Christmas market and casino. I enjoyed hearing the birds in the morning from the room which was very spacious. Valentina and her husband are nice and welcoming. they did their best so we can have a nice stay. The parking place is very practical considering that it’s difficult to find parking places in the center. I particularly liked the shower.

Located in the center close to the interesting points, great restaurants and the thermal. The attention was excellent. They did more than expected. Breakfast was also good, including even warm options which I value a lot. Highly recommended.
