The location is superb! The hotel is spectacular - it’s not luxurious but it’s spotlessly clean with spacious rooms and terraces and every amenity you would need. The pool looks out over mountains and is also beautifully maintained. The food was excellent. It’s a beautiful and relaxing place to stay.

The apartment was spacious enough, new furniture and modern design. The location is beautiful, you can see the valley and a castle on a rock from a hotel cafeteria. It was very quiet. Breakfast was good, not a wide choice but all was tasty except pastry, it wasn't fresh.

Friendly helpful staff. Grt location with superb views . Food was Ok but we found food generally in Spain to be "ok." ..nothing special. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Room was a good size and clean. Shower temperature and pressure fluctuated at busy times. Motorbike friendly..secure car park at rear of hotel. Fab pool with grt views of mountains.

The hotel is a family business run by Antonio & Rosi his wife and they are very friendly, helpful and generous personalities. Because I stayed for two weeks it was good the apartment was fully equiped with a functioning kitchen. I liked the views from my room, the wonderful sauna & spa facilities in the basement and the quietness & authenticity of Mecina-Bombaron which is much less so touristy than other more famous towns (Capilaira, Trevelez etc) in La Alpujarra.

Amazing views! La Iruela castle is a must to visit, especially, just before the sunset. Spa is a little bit outdated, but you will come out as a newborn. It has everything for you to relax. One of the best spas in Spain. Nice bar with the views and good service. Breakfast is cheap, nothing special but will get you going for the day.:) I would definitely be back.
