The hotel is exactly as described on the booking site. The room was very modern, clean, well isolated and the pool view with the see in the back was just great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower and the technician solved it in 5 min. The food was excellent (breakfast + dinner) with a great selection of wines. The pool is great and we liked the aquagym in the morning. The rooftop was perfect to admire the sunset and to enjoy some great music. The hotel is well connected with Palma through several busses (2 eur ticket)

Extremely pleased with the entire trip and everything regarding our stay at this facility. We booked an apartment and had everything we needed inside. Got the baby crib we requested, and the staff was amazing in helping me order personal flowers delivery to the room. Moreover, any additional requests (such as another round of cleaning or fixing a small door issue) were resolved right away! The location is also superb! In 2 minutes you're sitting on the beach. And if needed, plenty of restaurant and supermarkets are around.

The room is a small with decent bed and bathroom. The breakfast is included and they had a large variety of breakfast! If you do late check in they still accommodate it without any additional charges! If you check out early they will still offer you breakfast! They have a pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and a table tennis to relax!

We had the smallest Suites and they were amazing, great view from the large balcony, beautiful modern interior and very comfortable and clean. It is located right in the middle of life, a short jump away from the beach. Nevertheless inside the hotel walls you feel in your own world.
