Iuliana is an awesome person. We arrived late because of the trip and she was very attentive. She's a very generous and sociable person. Her cats are lovely and they are very good! The lodging is very comfortable and is situated in a good area with underground station, cafes, supermarket, parks, etc. very near. Our stay was great and we highly recommend her. We would repeat without a doubt. Thank you so much for everything once again and see you soon!😘

Pool and spa were lit up with beautiful LED lights as were the room! Location is great as is 5 minutes from the station and lots of places to get a drink, food and shopping down the road. Slept like a baby the beds were so comfortable, not to mention the amazing bar and restaurant downstairs 😻 cocktails were 10/10 there! Definitely recommend.

I had an amazing experience in the hotel. First, I want to thank to Mihael who works at the front desk. Thank you for making sure guests are feeling welcomed. Hope next time I come you'll get to manager level position. Also thank to Roxana who keeps the breakfast area sharp and shiny. My room was just perfect, big and clean, with a nice view, super comfort king size bed, everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The pool (and the whole gym & spa) is great as well. When it comes to breakfast, it fulfilled my expectations from a hotel of this reputation. I love the roof top, wish I could stayed and just chilled more there.

Lovely owner, very flexible. Location is very close to Willesden Junction which was easy to get to Gatwick (1h10 direct connection by overground), and central London (38m to Picadilly Circus). Generally a pretty quiet residential area, see what we didn't like for the only caution.

This is my favorite Hotel in London. I have stayed here for my last 4 journeys to London and i will also choose this the next time i come. The hotel is so chic, the beds are comfortable, the location is great, but the best thing is the friendly staff . I loved the new enviroment around the breakfast area. I have already recommended this place to familiy and friends, som already has stayed there and some are going to.

The K West is a really lovely hotel. I brought my boyfriend here for his bday and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and made our stay very special. We had a lovely cocktail at the bar, our room was great and very clean, and our treatments were SO good. The spa staff were also wonderful!
