stayed here for two nights only.arrived just before nyepi day,and had a very late check in.luckily, they have 24 hours counter. check in very smooth, night shift staff is informative and friendly. though it is nyepi, we still can have meal at the hotel, from breakfast to dinner ,thanks to the hotel and all the staffs.there is no lightning in the hotel ,and the staff suggest guests to switch off all lights in room, except the bedside lamp. so very dark after 1900, also guests are not allowed to go out, restricted in hotel area only.no TV program during Nyepi. the hotel’s channel did provide some movies,but the pictures not clear, so better switch it off.the small pool is just for cooling body, not for swimming, unfortunately, during the stay, no sun at all, rainy day, and cloudy sky. but i did enjoy my stay, have more time to rest,to think and to relax.a memorable stay during nyepi day.

The staff were exceptional, our flight was delayed meaning we arrived a day late and they moved our booking to the next day without having to ask or any extra charge. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The hotel is old but they have managed to maintain it as best they can through this peril of a time. We requested a change of a musky/ smokey room which was done very obligingly. Any requests for additional toiletries, beverage supplies & swim towels were delivered promptly. The top level pool is absolutely fabulous ! Even though they had few staff members they are managing to keep guests happy. Happy people 🙃 these Balinese 🙂

Everything about the property is amazing but the most amazing part is really the service provided by the staff. The staff at swiss belhotel tuban are all hardworking, friendly and restpectful. I would like to thank them all for their help with my mother and for accommodating her request. I would also like to acknowledge and thank Gungkris! He is an exceptional leader and he really went above and beyond during our stay. Thank you very much Gungkris! The hotel is located right in the heart of Kuta just few minutes from the airport. The pool is great and the restaurant offers great breakfast choices from local cuisine to international cuisine. The smoking area also offers shisha with variety of flavors. Such a shame I only discovered this during our last night at the hotel. Room sizes are big and very clean.

It's a big resort ,,with huge swimming pool ,,,the room is huge ,,and cleaned thoroughly everyday. The power stays on all the time so can leave Aircon on throughout the day. The staff are all really nice and friendly.I rented a scooter from the hotel which was really cheap. The breakfast I found had lots of choice and was one of the better breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Lots of western choices as well as many asian choices ,,dedicated egg station for omelette or scrambled eggs etc, lots of fruit and cakes and even pizza and sandwiches. The location is literally 10 mins from the airport or 10 minutes walk to main drag of kuta . It was very quiet when I stayed ,,I was literally the only person at the swimming pool but I didn't mind. For what you get it's great value
