Facilities included WIFI, own TV and lots of condiments. Breakfast was superb with lots of choices and was sufficient to get you right through to evening time. Location was very tranquil and ideally suited to a relaxing break with easy access to the main town of Dungarvan and beyond. It had a sea view with the coastline being so close.DavidSolo traveller

Hospitality is excellent with lots of treats to make guests feel especially welcome and relaxed. As an erstwhile professional guide, Catherine gives clear and very useful advice about where to visit and gives very good tips on how to see highlights of the Greenway when time is limited. Breakfast was exceptional: for example, delicious fruit and yoghurt etc, eggs benedict, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and blueberry waffles.
