Clean room, good location if you’re travelling by car and want to visit Siena. Breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special, just the usual stuff, but very decent. Reception was really helpful in giving directions on how to reach the city centre.

Gorgeous villa and grounds with a pool to cool down in! True Tuscany style. Just a short 15 min walk or even shorter drive into beautiful Siena, but far enough away to feel like you’re in the countryside. Anna was helpful all the way leading up to our booking and more so during our stay. We loved our stay.

The room was clean, light and spacious, with a fabulous view out across the city walls and into the landscape beyond. The room was very quiet and very relaxing, yet La Dimora di Monaci is in a buzzing street with lots of fantastic bars and restaurants. We spent four days wandering around beautiful Siena and drinking Aperol Spritz, before returning to our lovely room. A fantastic place.

Utterly loved the courtyard, which operates also as a relaxing bar with quite reasonable prices. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and eager to assist you in any possible way. The breakfast was adequate with a slight tendency to sweet savours, but overall very nice.

There is an escalator round the corner if you don’t want to walk up the hill. Plenty of cold water to drink, coffee and teas. We were greeted by Elena who ran through the map of the town with us and highlighted places to go which was great as we didn’t have long in Siena to walk around to explore so needed some pointers. Breakfast is served in room in morning which was nice to have a relaxing morning in the room. Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Plenty of storage space in the room.

From the apartment, you can reach the city centre easily too. The room is quite spacious for 1 person. It is clean, tidy, comfy, and fully equipped. The thing that I like the most is the view from the balcony! The neighbourhood is calm and thus, I could have a relaxing breakfast with a nice view! The owner is also nice and fast response. The accommodation is spacious, clean and well decorated. The little balcony was lovely to be able to sit outside and have breakfast, or relax during the afternoon. Good transport for getting out of the city to visit San Gimignano and other beautiful towns/villages. Easy to walk down a nature path and explore the historical centre of Siena. The pool was very clean and a good size with massage jets. There were also plenty of sun loungers with a shower & toilet. We liked the spacious apartment, supply of toiletries and the outside seating. It was also a quiet and relaxing place to stay with friendly, knowledgeable staff.
