We loved the private onsen and booked it most nights. The view of the mountains from our window was particularly magical. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We were sad to leave. Great location and clean for a fairly old hotel. Right on the Norikura side of the slopes. Ski out the a chair lift. This is where the locals go, so nice experience and very friendly staff with good facilities for skiing including ski locker near exit to slopes.
