One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! The property and its UNESCO classified lotus ponds are absolutely gorgeous, staff hospitality was exceptional, and the rooms was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is walkable to main tourist areas and breakfast was excellent. There is also a pool and bikes you can use for free.

This is a new hotel on the Mekong, and the views are simply stunning. The staff were wonderful with a free shuttle into the centre of town. The rooms were amazing, the breakfast great and the swimming pool superb.

I’ve seen a few reviews complaining about the free breakfast which I just can’t understand! I thought the pancakes were really tasty, and they have a variety of other options to choose from too. The dorm was clean and kept nice and cool, overall it was a relaxing space to escape from the heat. Staff are overall friendly and helpful, especially for things such as organising transport for your next destination.

The breakfast is really good and well prepared. There are a lot of open space and common area to hang out. The place is super clean and tidy, they also clean it multiple times during the day. Free water tea and coffee all day. Very quiet area, which makes it a perfect place for people who want to relax and rest. They also have bikes and scooter for rent with very reasonable price. It was lovely stay, thank you for everything.

The host was helpful and friendly - we needed to extend our stay and she was able to accommodate us. She also helped us to arrange taxi’s to local attractions. All staff were lovely.
