The location is perfect, just enough out of the center to be quiet, but still great access to all of the magic in central Kraków. The bed was supremely comfortable, and there was lots of space. The shower and bidet were perfection. Staff were attentive without fussiness and helped me with power problems - I needed an extension cord .

A great hotel with amazing staff and facilities. On check in you are welcomed with a delicious warm cookie. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had facilities to make a cup of tea. The breakfast offered a huge variety and was of a high standard, as was all of the food and the prices were fair. Conference facilities were vast and supported by an on site team. WiFi was good quality and included in the price. I would highly recommend the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The location was perfect - in short walking distance from main attractions, but the street and district were quiet, so you're not disturbed with any noise from the Krakow night life. The room's window looked into some garden, which made it really quiet and peaceful. The room had air conditioning so it was always a comfortable temperature despite the high temperatures outside. Minimalistic and modern design, renovated bathroom. The staff was very helpful, polite and motivated. I also enjoyed the selection and quality of food available for the breakfast. Free water, tea and coffee in the room. To sum up, it's a really 10/10 hotel by all means and I can only recommend it.

Location is 10/10 - old city is 5 minutes walk, railway station 1 minute walk, shopping center 1 minute walk. Very nice and helpful staff. Everything is clean and modern. Spacious room and bathroom. Good breakfast variety.
