Our hosts Hasrat and Burcu were wonderful! Hasrat was the AM host, and Burcu was the PM host. They were both cheerful, helpful and very informative. They kept my family and I up to date with activities and concerts via WhatsApp. The hotel was amazing! We stayed in an executive room and it was spacious, very modern and super clean. The food at Turquoise was so yummy. This was the most variety of food I've ever seen at a resort. The whole staff was spectacular and always smiling. They really made you feel at home. The location was great as it was only 30 minutes from the airport. The resort grounds were beautiful and picturesque. I stayed for five days, but I could have stayed longer.

The property was quite lovely and fun. The all inclusive aspect is very convenient! We enjoyed a couple of water activities, such as the wild tiger and fly board which was a lot of fun directly from the property's beach. The staff were friendly and spoke several languages. Make sure you meet Haroon from the beach / water activities, as he'll take good care of you and show you quite a good time with whichever water activity :)
