The luxurious Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax offers spacious apartments and studios with free WiFi access. We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. The breakfast and service was nice and fast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. This was an amazing experience from start to finish and we can’t wait to visit again! We celebrated our anniversary and the hotel staff had left a beautiful cake in the room for us - not only did we appreciate the gesture, but the cake was absolutely delicious! Next, the room had a stunning view to the mountain and the gondola, it was a pleasure just to be in the room. Everything else, from pillows to bathroom facilities and from design to noise isolation, was perfect. We slept so well on the bed, it is of exceptional quality. We were also very pleasantly suprised by the breakfast variety - there was literally nothing we could think of that wasn’t available. They had many options for lactose free and plant based milks, made pancakes and omlettes on the spot for you and there were fresh juicing stations…This breakfast was exceptional! The SPA facilities are excellent and we really enjoyed everything! Finally, we were really happy with the attention of all staff; everyone was very caring and kind.

Offering a hot outdoor pool and views of the mountain, Zornitza Family Estate is located close to Melnik and in Sandanski region. Melnishki Piramidi is 7 km away. I loved everything about our stay here. The facilities were beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, and the wine and views were amazing!
