Amelia on the reception was so empathetic and make sure we had all the info we needed as smooth as possible so we could go directly to rest. We also met the amazing team of hostess that greeted you in all the restaurants. The waiters, the servers in the buffet line, Marcos who made sure my husband had every morning his panino as he liked it. And special thanks to Rafael and Daniel, the two beach and pool waiters that were all the time with us making our stay so memorable. Thank you❤️ we will be back soon!

Bathroom is equipped with sink, shower and toilet, mirror, few hangers on the door and wall. Hairdryer is available at the reception. There was soap in there, too. Small kitchenette is equipped with microwave oven, bowls, plates, cups and glass. There's fridge and few shelves. Surfaces are covered with glass. Bed is OK. Next to the bed there's power socket and small night tables with drawers. The room is greyish, very nice and decorated with painting on the wall. In the hallway there's a bottle of filtered water available. Breakfast was tasty. Overall a good stay.
