The highlights were definitely the own sauna in the bathroom and the hot tub in a separate little shed across the garden. We had gone to Loch Lomond to hike and these installations were so relaxing for our aching bones. The apartment itself was lovely and cosy and our warm-hearted host Eddie kept enquiring whether we needed anything. A plus were the lovely view and Eddie’s sheep and his two cute dogs. Absolutely recommended!

This 4-star guest house is set within a 19th-century Victorian building overlooking Kelvingrove Park with excellent views across Glasgow. Absolutely stunning place, our hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, the place is gorgeous. The breakfast was amazing, probably the best we had in all our trip. Would definitely come back

Holly Lodge - Luxury Two Kingsize bedrooms with private entry - whole place ligger i Oban, 4,7 km fra Dunstaffnage Slot og 48 km fra Kilmartin House Museum. The place is very clean and neat. It’s basically like a big hotel room. The hostess, Carolyn, was super kind and concerned about our needs. Oban is a great little town, with excellent seafood!!!It’s a great place to stop if you want to take a tour to the isle of Iona or Staffa. Would definitely recommend!

Upper Villa, Tighnabruiach, Argyll & Bute har udsigt over søen og tilbyder indkvartering med have og terrasse, ca. 37 km fra Benmore Botanic Garden. We spent fantastic 3x nights in Upper Villa. Great views, very cosy apartment well equiped ( variety of spices/coffee/tea plus lovely gesture from host who left us a bottle of prosecco on arrival) and nice garden with decking. A lovely wee toilet with shower downstairs specifically designed for dogs was a nice touch too. Very helpful neighbours who gave us some tips about local walks. Close to Portavadie marina and stunning Kilbride Bay. Kim our host was fantastic and very caring- check out time was at 10 am but we had a late cruise organised in the afternoon and our host let us stay longer until 12 which was very convenient. Will definitely come back!
