Good location with ample parking directly outside the property. The apartment has been recently refurbished with very nice decor, TV and utilities etc.. has everything you need for a great stay.

Everything was lovely we didn't adventure out so didn't no what was on the camp site We stayed and chilled as went up Clacton to visit my son's gf but he ended up staying at her house the weekend.. But was lovely comfortable. Heating warmed up the caravan quick.

Loved how warm the caravan was! Very spacious, being 4 adults in a caravan, we weren't on top of each other. Jordan was absolutely amazing. They helped with any questions and also left sweets and biscuits for us. The caravan had everything you could ever need, even tea bags and coffee. Everything felt like new! There was plenty of parking not too far from the van about 10 meters. I also got a message saying that we were able to check in early. That was definitely the sweetest thing. The welcome pack was such a lovely touch. There was everything you needed to know about the van and surrounding area and campsite. I will 100% use these guys again! Thank you once again.
