This is pristine and well resourced property. Everything travelers need is on hand and easily available. The staff were outstanding and so helpful even when the lifts temporarily broke down. We were kept informed of everything, they helped in any way they could. Highly recommended as a place to stay in downtown LA. The lounge and library were such good places to hang out and work. Check out also the Grand Market in walking distance for excellent breakfast.

Mike and the crew had my apartment ready for me upon an early arrival. The place was a really good size with full kitchen, refrigerator, washer and dryer unit in the room, a comfortable bed, pull out sofa and above all it was peaceful. The place is located just about a block from the LA Convention Center where i was attending a conference. There's a train station across the street and it was the perfect place for me. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you're like myself and like to prepare your own meals. I walked to Whole Foods which was about a 20 minute walk (about 1 mile) and purchased fresh food to eat, way better than had i ate on the run. Thank you for your hospitality and for offering such a nice, safe space to call home for 4 days.

I would stay again! The place is cozy and fully equipped with everything you may need. Parking inside the building and has space even for a big car. Literally 10 min to beach, supermarket VONS and coffee shops. The building is quite old and the view is on the stairs but I would recommend it anyway. The host was super responsive and helped with every request.
