Clean and comfortable room. Approx 20 mins walk from Sants station that takes you to/from the airport in less than 20 mins.

The jacuzzi was not heated up enough. They were unable to offer spa-treatments during our stay (Fri-Mon). And it was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel in the first place... There is some walking to get to restaurants/shopping/Gaudi/beach. We didn't mind but could be good to know before you book this hotel that it is not really city center located.

excellent staff, very clean, computer stations in the hall since we could not connect to the network from our room. easy access to subway system and close enough to walk to some of the main sites. A meal or two at Bella Napoli across the street is a must!

To access the lights and air conditioning unit the key-card has to be in the slot in the wall. This if very inconvenient at night. We had to take the card out to turn off the lights at night but if one of us had to get up in the middle of the night then we could not turn on a light. The air conditioning unit was too noisy to run at night so the room was very warm at night.

Front desk staff very helpful, offered tourist information. Room was ok, had to upgrade to a better room because the layout of the original room was odd, noisy and comes with 2 single beds. we wanted a double bed. front desk staff was able to get the change done quickly.

Incorrect invoicing, trying to charge the minibar unfairly; internet connection poor, slow and only 2 of 12 computers with internet access, which were always occupied by other guests

2Min walk from subway, and then one stop to city center, very close. Staff was very nice. Room was very big and luxuriance for the mony paid.

Breakfast is poor. WiFi didnt work in the room, but there is a pc with internet in every floor and option to connect laptop with lan cable in the room itself.

Surprise, that ordering a taxi from the hotel is more expensive than flaging it on the street to the airport. Ie, Airport to bcn was 26 euros; bcn to Airport 42 euros ;)

great hotel - modern, clean and quiet. good location for the city and safe area. Internet stations on each floor is great plus. will go back to this hotel.

The big size bed, the wonderful room of two floor: first floor the living room, second floor the room. Double toilette (fantastic, if you go there with another person); the hi-fi stereo that was also a dvd player; the room was clean, comfortable, and silent; the Jacuzzi in the small wellness centre! The receptionists were very gently. The price of this hotel is generally high; I took advantage of a special offer. The position is good because it is located in the Eixample district (that is full of good restaurants and bars, but it is not too noisy like the Gotic district and the Rambla zone) and it is not too far from Placa Catalunya (city centre) - aprox. 20 mins. On foot.

The wall of the room was a little bit dirty; there was also sign of a hand.
