Az első éjszaka - 150€-ért - egy alkovós sötét szobát kaptunk az első emeleten, melynek ablaka egy tűzfalra nézett és kb 1 méterre volt a nyílászárótól. ( Magyarok és fiatal párok tapasztalatom szerint általában mindig a legrosszabb szobát kapják ) Az ablak mellett voltak elhelyezve a kültéri ventilátorok, így a zaj szinte elviselhetetlen volt. Sok utánajárás és kérlelés után, ha nehezen, de 1 nap után kicserélték a szobát. Az első napunk erre rá is ment. A személyzet nem volt túl segítőkész a probléma megoldásában. Persze érthető a hozzáállásuk, hiszen ezt is ki kell adniuk. Ennyi pénzért elvárható azonban hogy normális szobát biztosítsanak. Az interneten lévő képek nem a másodrendű utasoknak áll rendelkezésére. Rossz élmény volt.

A városnéző túristának ideális helyen, tiszta, csendes környezetben, udvarias kiszolgálásban volt részünk. Aki teheti kérje a reggelit. Kiváló volt.

The room, central situated near the Rambla, tour bus stop and Metro stations. Everything worked.

This hotel is extremely well located and very accomodating. Staff was helpful with maps and directions, even got us tickets to the soccer match. Cafe was great for breakfast.

The pool is too small for swimming. It's more of a soaking pool. But the jacuzzi and sauna were fine.

Location was perfect. Near the metro and just around the corner from Catalunya and the Las Ramblas.

It was a very short visit and was not at the hotel much so didnt find any fault with the hotel. Only fault was, I had a room on the back and so there was no view except looking at a dingy alley.

This hotel is really clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Its located in easy walking distance to the main sites and restaurants. Would reccommend it.

Location and modern style interiors; friendly aymosphere.Didn't like the lack of sound insulation between rooms; could hear conversations and other things.

1 the hotel backs onto a childrens nursery yard and school playground, both of which are very noisy from 08.15 until 22.45, the evening session being the worst when the youths play basket ball, roller blade hockey, football etc. The whole place is floodlit until 2300 hours. None of this was in the hotel description. Avoid rear rooms 07 to 11 on all floors for peace and quiet in the evening, assuming you are out during the daytime. We changed our room to one at the front, and my recommendation below is based on a front room.

I pretty much enjoyed the location - nice place next to Gothic Quarter and lots of sightseeings, also next to main shopping area. The hotel was cosy and clean. What I didn't like - is the noise at the corridor as the rooms are located close to each other. Sometimes we even could hear the noise from another bathroom!!!

The hotel is in a perfect location for a City Trip. It was a first time in Barcelona and a hotel in a central location is always good.

On our second night at the hotel, the air conditioned unit was not working and it was so hot in the rrom we could not sleep. We had a Hotel staff come to our room to see if he could fix but he was unable to do so. We could not change room as hotel was fully booked. When we checked out all we got was 10% of the second night price of which is not enough as this spolit our second night.

It was very central, close to las ramlas. Rooms are big, bright and comfortable.

The hotel staff were awful, so rude. There was ten in the party and everyone experienced difficulty when dealing with the staff. Hotel beautiful but staff terrible.

The room was very comfortable, plenty of room. The hotel was very close to everything, we felt safe walking around the area. The staff were very helpful with giving directions and advice on restaurants.

It is a bit noisy at the back due to a school being situated behind the hotel and the walls are a little thin as we could hear all movement in the corridor from our room. But I would stay on this hotel again as it wasn't too disturbing.
