(English:) The hotel is very close to the city center, good choice for its price. (Magyar:) A hotel nagyon jó helyen van, közel a központhoz, az árához képest megfelelő adottságokkal. (English:) The wireless internet connection was not working every time in the room, had to go downstairs to the business room almost always when we needed internet. We had booked a room with balcony but got only a normal one for the same, non-discounted price. (Magyar:) A szobában ritkán működött a wifi internet kapcsolat, majdnem mindig le kellett menni a földszinti üzleti szobába, ha internetre volt szükségünk. Eredetileg balkonos szobát rendeltünk, de normált kaptunk árcsökkentés nélkül. |

elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, közel van a belvároshoz, de mégis csendes. a szoba tiszta, reggeli megfelelő mennyiségű személyzet nem udvarias, vékonyak a falak, reggeli drága és a kirakott élelmiszerek minősége nem jó. |

Location fantastic, rooms lovely and the breakfast was surprisingly good- nice cereals, cold milk(a rareity on city breaks we have found!!)and the receptionist was helpful at all times.I Got a good package for myself and my boyfriend which was good value for money. A member of staff was extremely rude to us-we missed breakfast by 15 minutes and the receptionist arranged for us to go to the breakfast room and get something. A female waitress started shouting and smacking her hands together and wouldnt allow us in and was extremely rude!!i have never been treated this way in a hotel before and quite honestly it ruined our last day. |

Comfortable, clean & quiet room away from the noise of Ramblas. Within shopping area at Passage De Garcia and short walking distance to Ramblas. Definitely value for money. |

9th Floor room with balcony. Bedroom/bathroom very modern and clean. Good breakfast. Happy to store baggage on day of departure. Location - many cafes/restaurants/shops in vicinity and only 10 mins to Ramblas, 20 minutes to waterfront. No kettle/hot drink facility in the room |

The location is perfect. We have ordered romantic room for our honeymoon, but we didn't get any complimentary offered by hotel on booking.com . After I asked, it was promised to bring a bottle of champagne later in the evening. When we came at the evening we didn't find anything. Check-in should be from 15PM, but we had to wait anyway. |

I liked staying here because it was central to most of the tourist attractions that Barcelona has to offer. It was perfect for getting on the metro as well and in a prime location if wanting to do a spot of shopping. |

Well, I stayed many times in this hotel and always booked a suite. Suites were in a different building next door and very comfortable at reasonable price. This time I booked again a suite at the usual price but when I checked in I was informed that the hotel does not run the suites anymore and was placed in an ordinary room at the price of suite. So it was my last stay in this hotel. Funniest thing was the explaination of the staff "it is not a suite but still very good room":) I was speechless. |

The hotel was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good location. I could not fault the rooms or service at all. The stay was very enjoyable and I would reccomend the hotel to friends. |

Great value and location! safe area. Centrally located. We walked to Parc Guell, and Sagrada Familia, (probably 1 mi. each way). Other two Gaudi sites: home and apartment are just around the corner from hotel and up 1 block. Also walked to waterfront and beaches from here. (probably 1/3 mi) Just 1 block away from West end of Ramblas pedestrian walk and Catalunya square. Two blocks away from the metro, where you can ride (5 minutes) to the base of Montijuic, site of Olympics. No. Hotel and safe location was great, but Be careful in Barcelona! They're not kidding when they warn you of pick pocketing. We weren't in the city 5 minutes before someone had unzipped all the small pouches in my backpack. We caught him in the act. We were lucky! These would be thieves are unsuspecting well dressed men who lower their sport coats onto your bags concealing their hands at play. Enjoy this lovely city: keep your packs in front of you, and your eyes behind your head! |

Nice hotel and close to the city centre. Bed was very comfy.hotel staff generally helpful This is the first high class hotel i´ve stayed at that that provides no shampoo, and for some reason, the hot water at breakfast tastes chlorinated. And the milk was sour more than once. Perhaps more attention needs to be paid at housekeepìng and food. |

Helpful staff, excellent conditions, good placement, good value for money, presence of hotel parking. It was a bit difficult to get out of the underground parking due to lack of explicit information but we managed in the end. |
