If talking about Bilbao, where parking is extremely hard to find, having parking spaces (even though charged 13 euros for 24hrs) is a relief. People at the hotel's bar should be much more friendly |

The air conditioning was not working in two diferent rooms that I was given after the failure on the first one. Because it was an exceptional hot day, the temperature inisde the room was unbelivable high! No solution from the hotel was found or given. |

Nice location - 15 minute walk into the old city centre. You have to pay to use the spa and there's no pool. Also, the WiFi is very intermittent - I lost connection roughly every 10 minutes. |

Trato calidad/precio El climatizador de la habitacion bio2 no funcionaba. Informe a la recepcion, subieron a verlo y que ya estaba arreglado pero que "en modo invierno si no quiero tanto calor que no lo encienda pues solo da calor".en resumen, excesivo calor 26ºc sin posibilidad de bajarla a 22ºc (confort). |

La distribución de la habitación y la pantalla de televisión La bañera ya que está ubiocada para poder ver la tv desde ella pero como no cerraba bien el tapón pues no se podía rellenar para poder darte un baño relajante. Además, no me parece bien que se tenga que pagar el parking exterior, cuando el coce está en la calle. |
