Elhelyezkedése és megközelíthetősége nagyon jó. Ellátás (büfé reggeli) minden igényt kielégítő. Nemdohányzó szoba kérése ellenére, dohányzó szobát akartak adni, majd egy színvonalában jóval gyengébb szobát.Harmadikra sikerült a megfelelő szobát adniuk. |

központi fekvése miatt kiváló gyalogos városnéző túrák kiindulópontjaként, az egyik metro megállója közvetlenül a bejárat előtt van, kitűnő reggeli választék, a forgalmas út ellenére teljesen csendes szobák, minibár ingyenes - minden nap töltik, segítőkész személyzet Amennyiben valakit zavar az "üzlet reményében" feltünően kifestett és lődörgő lányok hada, annak nem ajánljuk a szállodát - de ez sem veszélyes. |

A lokáció fantasztikus, a történelmi városrész gyalog jól elérhető, rengeteg üzlet a közelben, a szálloda nagyon kellemes, a reggeli választék fantasztikus. |

The front desk was *very* helpful. Great location. Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. Metro right out front. Close to food, shopping, Plaza Major, Mercado San Miguel and lots of bars and tapas. Really an excellent option for the price! Ok. There were some streetwalkers on the side street of the hotel. But to be fair, there was also the police station on the same street. Always felt safe but it was pretty overt. Simply ignore. |

The hotel is on Gran Via, center of Madrid. The hotel is in all maters fine but I have two words: One lady in the reception is very unkind and slow. She's name is Laura.She let me waiting in the reception for one hour to make check out. The bellboy was also very bad and unkind. The hotel is very busy hotel but these people are not having enough practice to deal with it, excluding one lady in the reception called Monica she is wonderful kind. |

The location was excellent and shops and cafes are just moments away and the metro is directly in front of the hotel. The room I had was good and well insulated from the busy street outside. I had an excellent stay and the staff were helpful. I have no complaints about my stay. The only issue might have been a faulty tap in the shower but this was fixed without prompting by me and before I realised there was an issue. And the plumber was a very friendly and good natured chap - and he did his work very quickly. |

The staff (who could speak English) were excellent, the location great and the room was definitely value for money. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again if ever in Madrid. |

Lo0cation Location and Location ..it can not get more central thank this at all in Madrid Yes, the fact that mangement insisted on people having breakfast in the hall - ot aLLOWING them to take it back to their room even if they had paid for it. Also, if you take one apple or bread to your room it is 6 eur extra !!! |

Warm welcome from lovely staff. Great location for sightseeing. Room overlooked the Gran Via which was a real treat. A bit of outside noise, but that's to be expected from a city location so did not bother us. For a hotel that says it's non-smoking our room smelt very heavily of smoke. However we couldn't fault the cleanliness otherwise. |

I tried to change the room and the kind receptionist did offer quickly an acceptable alternative. Rooms are very small, try to avoid to get a room which lays inside as the noise of the inside fountain is very loud and you won't get any fresh air from the window. Although I found the room and bathroom were clean I felt that this piece of care for a nice atmosphere was missing, bathtowels were folt carelessly, also one bulb next to the bed was out of order. The clientele was very touristy... so I cannot recommend the hotel for a business trip. |

I liked this hotel because the staff were kind and helpful and the location was very accessible by Metro. I was given a room overlooking the Gran Via. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Breakfast was very basic. |
