Kiváló elhelyezkedés a város központjában. A repülőtér 15-30 perc alatt elérhető. A szobák ára a szolgáltatások színvonalához képest magas. Az olcsóbb kategóriájú szobákon viszont nincs ablak. A mosodai szolgáltatások nehézkesek és drágák. |

We were given a very nice, clean room on the top floor with the added bonus of a sunny terrace. Reception was busy but well staffed and man there was very friendly, professional and helpful. |

The room was spotless. The hotel was modern and clean. I would recommend. Quiet even though several reviews I had read said it was noisy. Walking distance to Puerta del Sol. Yes the rooms are not soundproof. |

Tis hotel mey my needs in all respects, compact and easy to find.The location was perfect for a city vist. The styl of hotel blended in with the city life and culture of Madrid not at all, the hotel seems to have hit the spopt for a 3/4 star hotel catering to short stay visitors |

Very nice hotel. Staff was helpful. At check-in suggested and arranged a shuttle to the airport instead of a taxi because the shuttle cost was half of a taxi fare. Two restaurants, both very good. Great location. Soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. We could hear voices of guests in nearby rooms. Also, our room faced a back street with a bar, so that was rather noisy when the patrons left. Also, a garbage truck came roaring through at 3 AM. To be expected, I suppose, when you're staying in the heart of a major city. |

Wooden flooring & cleanliness. Possibility to open windows onto internal courtyard. Free access to WIFI in rooms. Staff busy but helpful. Nice decor. Reasonably-priced restaurant for varied choice of breakfasts. Travelling with my daughter was surprised to see prominent advertisement for availability of sex films as the only information available in the room other than the Room Service menu. |
