Extraordinary swiming pool. You can get bus number 14 to arrive there from the city's centre. First number 10 from the airport. Reception is really chaotic, you have to wait more than one hour to get your room at the queu. Check in at 14 hours. Yo have to pay 10 euros (if you want), 5 euros for remote control for tv and another 5 for ac, they pay you back at check out, but for air con, its necessary, a lot of rooms are internal. In the swimming pool you can find people that dont are guested in the hotel. |

Is convenience thats a shower room near the gym. I left my luggage in a room after check out. Went to the beach. Came back for a shower before getting on the plane. Too many teenager. Too noisy. Wall is too thin. Can hear everything.I stayed for 5 nights. My room is next to the laundry. so noisy all night! The cleaner opened my room every morning while I am still inside and without knocking on the door is quite rude. A few times I was in the middle changing clothes. Should have a sign to put on the door(Do not disturb). |

The value off-season was great. It is a large hotel, has a great pool, and is close to Ibiza town. It was a bit noisy from other guests and hotel staff in early morning. |

The location is good as its within 5 mins walking to a lovely beach. The luggage room and the showing rooms at the grand floor are nice and big, The breakfast, albeit is free buffet, the bread and the cereal tasted really bad...sausage and ham are the worst I have had in my life. |

Nothing special, maybe the location was quite ok and there was a reasonable price market in the hotel. No sound protection, you could hear everything (even normal voice speak etc.) from the corridor and rooms (even far away). The bed was so hard that it was difficult to sleep and I had back problems for it. There where only couple of douple size beds available... Not for us even in two weeks... ;( a lot of noisy customers in the hotel. There where no information package in the rooms. |

Era molto grande e spazioso, un ottimo staff gentile e disponibile,buone camere sempre pulite, una bella piscina, a pocchi passi dal mare(dove il mare era stupendo), e pieno di giovani. un ottimo hotel nella mezza pensione per la cena non era compresa l'acqua che costava 1.60 mezzo litro(una scemenza)...per le altre cose era a posto |

la confusione, l'approssimazione del servizio, la sporcizia e la scomodità delle camere (eravamo in 4 in una tripla costituita da un letto a una piazza e mezza un lettino singolo, nessuna risposta in seguito alla richiesta di una culla prevista gratuita per il nostro bambino di 15 mesi). Ho scitto una mail all'indirizzo che mi veniva indicato chiedendo di potere sfruttare la mezza pensione a pranzo visto l'arrivo previsto alle 22 e di potere avere una culla in stanza, nessuna risposta. |

Linda la pileta, que concurre mucha gente de edad joven para divertirce. Buen precio al estar 10min caminando a bora bora y bares. sin frigobar, sabiendo el calor que hace, aunque por el precio esta bien pero hasta en un hostel en italia de menos valor lo tenia. Ha y internet que solamente tenes en el lobby el cual seria mas comodo tenerlo en la habitacion. |

La piscina junto con la situacion del hotel ha sido lo que mas me ha gustado. Tambien era bueno el ambiente que habia en el hotel,personas de todas las edades La limpieza de la habitacion ha sido lo peor, junto con el control inexistente de las maletas el ultimo dia,ya que teniamos que dejar la habitacion a las doce y hasta las nueve no salia nuestro avion.Tambien ha sido la primera vez que he tenido que pagar el dia de llegada, y por ultimo el desayuno era deficiente |
