The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. They all spoke English and went out of their way to help you. There was also free tea and coffee as well as fruit and cakes during the afternoon, which was a nice touch.

Our room was on the top floor and the roof was slanted like in an attic!!! The inconvenience was mimimal, in that I only had to bend down when getting in and out ot bed.

We really liked this hotel. The room was very good-there was even a lock on the bathroom door! The great thing about this place too is the Free Coffee Shop!! My son feared it might be a Hansel and Grettel style trap...we tried not to run them out of cakes. The breakfast is great too.

Clean rooms, English speaking staff easlily directed us to a close by parking with agreement with the hotel.

breakfast room was to small, had to wait a while for a free table and we where not alone. Staff did all they can to comfort us though.

Staffs were all very nice and helpful. Its location is so convenient. Breakfast is excellent.

Excellent location in the town centre. Just 5-10 minute nice walk from historical centre. Fair breakfast. Very clean bedrooms and modern facilities. Excellent choice. Friendly staff always helpful to customers.

Public parking "A Rosa" 30 seconds from hotel door, but stunning 12.80 euros per day. Honestly, extremely hot in rooms. Hotel staff controls temperature of rooms from reception and they do not turn it down or off, simply. The rooms are a little bit narrow and that means there isn't enough space in the air for so much heat. You need to stay without clothes in the room if you just want to be there.

The hotel is in pleasant surroundings. It is just out of the old town and this had particular advantages such as being close to airport buses and the train station. The service of offering complimentary afternoon tea is terrific and greatly appreciated after a day in town. Staff very helpful.

The rooms are quite compact particularly if you have large suitcases.

Hotel muy bonito y moderno. Acceso a internet gratuito, prensa gratuita y desayuno y merienda que daban en el hotel de 16.00 a 22.00 horas genial. Muy cerca del centro de la ciudad.

Habitaciones pequeñas, el baño también era muy pequeñito.

El personal atento, simpatico y no dudan en ayudarte ante cualquier problema y ante la solicitud de información perfecto.
