NH Plaza de Armas

Having previously stayed twice at this hotel on business, when my wife and I decided to take a short holiday in the city I wanted to bring my wife to the hotel and experience the wonderful buffet breakfasts. She was not disappointed !

We had asked for a non-smoking room, but were shown to a room which reeked with cigarrette smoke. We were given an alternate room, which was on the other side of the corridor, and was quite smaller than the first room.

Nice room, modern and stylish. Decent staff. Good value at weekends.

Had to pay extra for internet. Poor restaurant facilities during the weekend. Location OK, but could be better.

The room was spacious and very clean. I like the amenities they provided.

Our room was face to the river which you can hear all noises from one of the busiest road, even when you shut the window tightly. Very noisy, you need to earplugs to get sleep. The shower room designed badly. After one shower, whole bath room will be flooded. The location is bit far out, not particularly desireble area.

I choose the NH for the pool on the top of the hotel. This was small but alright. buffet breakfast was included in the price and was good! location is alright. not in center, but within easy walking distance. The hotel missed a bit of character, although the pictures seem to show otherwise. especially the outside facade is nice. rest is boring.

The 2nd and 3rd floor were renovated. (4th?) first floor not. this is where I stayed the first time because the airco in another room on the 3 rd floor was not working well. Old-school hotel room which felt like a ship cabin. Second Time I stayd on 2nd floor. good room,although very standard and boring. nothing on the walls! otherwise room was ok. Paying for WIFI or internet is also not done anymore I think. Only with a voucher you could use internet for 30 min for free. otherwise we had to pay!! I think WIFI should be standard in a good hotel!!

It is a good hotel on international standart at reasonable price

La atencion, el desayuno buffet, es espectacular, la ubicacion, etc.

Esta bastante viejo, se nota en los muebles y en el baño.

Con un pequeño paseo estabas en pleno centro. Confortable camas y habitaciones. Desayuno estupendísimo.Lo recomiendo.

Tranquilidad, buen diseño y comodidad por cercanía al centro. Relación-calidad-precio.

El parking es público aunque su precio está bien porque hacen el 25% de descuento por estar alojado en el hotel.

Le confort du lit deux personnes.

Nous avions réservé deux nuits en souhaitant profiter de la piscine mais celle-ci était fermée car nous étions hors-saison (31/10-02/11 alors qu'il faisait 36 degrés dehors) grosse déception sutout que le prix reste inchangé. Deux portes défectueuses.

La habitación estaba muy bien y era muy amplia, con dos zonas divididas por una puerta central. Por una parte armario y zona de aguas y por otra el dormitorio. La cristalera de la habitación daba mucha luminosidad pero, y es un punto negativo, la vista era obstruida por el enrejado de la estructura metálica exterior.

Ninguno de los tropecientos canales de la Televisión de la habitación estaba correctamente sintonizado por lo que, en realidad, era inservible. Al regresar a la habitación tras el desayuno, no pude acceder a la habitación y me tocó bajar a recepción para que reactivaran la tarjeta(nadie se disculpó). El personal que me atendió el día del check in fue atento pero el de salida, y tras pagar, no tuvo la deferencia de despedirse de mi pues, tal y como acabó la operación del check out, se giró y se metió en las oficinas.

Det var et nydeligt hotel, rimelig pris på værelserne, god beliggenhed, god service af personalet også ren og pænt. Ingen kritik overhovedet.
