50 Flats Luxury Apartments

location (between trainstation & intercity busstation, near the old town and supermarkets), comfort, Cleanliness, reception-staff (good english, affable)...

In our number 106 view from the window was not beatiaful. We could see just other windows. But it is not so bad. For ex., in Barselona's apartments we had one litlle window in lift mine :)

It was very easy and quick to find from the metro, coming direct from Valencia airport, rooms were lovely and comfortable and clean and fine temperature even in November. In ideal position to explore the city. The modern and minimalist environment was very cheering, the kitchen worked well for some self catering. Bathroom was great. We met up with friends there which was ideal and could socialise, e.g. over breakfast, in either 'apartment' in a way that is difficult in a standard hotel. Desk staff always helpful with maps and information.

Liked everything but two very minor practical issues - difficult to prevent shower water from splashing all over room without laying lots of towels on floor (room 106, 50 Flats). Also the white tables appear to easily stain from red wine marks so fearful of how they'll look in another couple of years.

Very clean, nice new apartments. Liked the fact that we could make our own meals and had the facilities to do so. Also hd free internet available.

The apartment was spacious, modern, light and airy. It was within walking distance of the old city, the bus and train station. There was a supermarket 5 mins away. There is 24 hour reception and they spoke English.

The walls are thin if you have noisy neighbours

Absolutely delightful serviced apartments - most luxurious and very well appointed. A convenient location near supermarkets, bakery opposite and the metro. Wonderful city and brilliant apartments - both couples had an excellent break.

I was not happy with was them taking payment for both apartments with my card used to guarantee the booking without asking first and before the end of the holiday. We would both have paid separately and I would have paid with another card which did not cost me an additional £16 in currency conversion. I would also have liked the lights to be switched on on the very nice roof top terrace for our October break.

Excellent location very near to metro. Easy metro travel from the airport to the flats location. Also within walking distance of all the attractions of the old city of valencia. The apartment was as shown on the web site. The main market is within easy walking distance. We had a very relaxed stay. Valencia has a lot to offer excellent art galleries, good shopping, friendly helpful people. Coastal area excellent and metro goes directly there. We will use the apartment again

Internet access in reception was unreliable. However the girl behind the desk let me use hers when needed. The wall between the flats are thin and can be a bit noisy when children run about. However did not spoil our stay.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, we would not hesitate in staying there again and if we go back to Valencia we definately will.

24 hours reception, parking for guests, staff was very polite, in apartments wi-fi is free of charge, on reception there are ~ 5 computers, fully equipted kitchen.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly. Sometimes they didn't know a lot of details about local events and we got some misinformation.

50flats are ideal for discovery off city center. They have free internet an computers in hall. Friendly and helpful hotel staff.

Poor sound isolation between rooms.

Facilities were good.

The hotel was very noisy. It seemed like there was no insulation or sound-proofing between the walls. We requested a non-smoking room and it smelled of smoke.

The modern look and the facilities (all the Equipment you could want (exept for a kettle) handy for the historical centre of Valencia, would appreciated a starter pack i.e. Milk, Coffee, Tea, sugar) All in all a very good experience.
